They had lots of variety of products on their website and it was easy to navigate and find what I needed. The order was easy to place and the product arrived quickly and was well packed to prevent damage.

Ordered some grab bars in the wrong size. Had to return, pay 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees. I get it. Some of the parts returned were dented (not sure why when the website claims "supports up to 500 pounds". I was notified that the items are deemed "non-refundable". But they will ship them back to me for yet another $10 fee. Not!
Moral of the story - Just be very careful if you place an order.

Great company to do business with. I have ordered the wave grab bars for two homes. I didn't want grab bars that looks commercial. They look very nice.

I ordered an incorrect grab bar and they fixed the problem in no time. Shipping and delivery was super fast as well for the bar I did order correctly.

I am very pleased that I found this website when searching for items to maintain my bathroom safety and usefulness. The grab bar I purchased is perfect, mounted quickly and easily, and looks great. I doubt I can budge it from its wall mounting. I am a very pleased customer and have easily, and reasonably, added a level of safety to my bathroom. Purchasing on line with Grabbars.com was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend doing so. This is around the 4th project Ive ordered for.

Was having a hard time finding the size and color of grab bars we needed. We had no problem finding them at GrabBars.com. I couldn't believe, ordered them on a Friday afternoon and they were delivered Monday morning. Didn't pay for extra shipping and live in the Midwest, which isn't close. They were all and more than expected. They are great quality and very well made and look great. So glad we found them.

The web site is easy to use and the descriptions are great! You know what you are buying. The grab bar was received when promised and it is very well made. Appreciate the quality!

Great selection of finishes and sizing options at reasonable cost. Easy to order on line and shipped well packaged in reasonable time. Needed to install the grab bars following my spouses hip surgery to allow safe access in the bathtub/ shower. Don’t shop big box stores go to GrabBar.com, you will not be disappointed.
Installation can be done by anyone who is handy and has the right tools. Most critical is having the right drill bits for tile installation! You can order the diamond chip bit , I found my Black & Decker Tile bits ( I had) easier to use.

I ordered online and the bars were delivered the next day.

I have purchased several previous grab bars from grab bars.com. They came very fast, and are exactly what I looked at in the picture with no deviation, smart, sleek looking, and very happy with my purchase. I would recommend grab bars.com

We haven't installed the grab bars yet, but they appear to be very well made and sturdy. They will definitely improve safety in our home.

Grabbars had exactly the type of bar that I wanted, so I didn't need to compromise what I got. There website was easy to navigate to find the material, style, finish and lengths that I was looking for. They were also swift in filling my order and kept apprised of the status. And to top it off, they cost less than any other product that I could find. Kudos!

Do not trust grabbars.com advertising, their item pictures are nothing like the product you will receive and they will not work with you to return the items. You can only return items if you pay a 20% restocking fee and you pay for return shipping to them. That is no way to make your customers 100% satisfied. It's more like they will be 100% satified to make you pay more and they keep your money. You will be better off staying away from grabbars.com and buy your safety equipment from a locally trusted business, that will make you 100% HAPPY.
I wonder how many returns are never approved because they say items were damaged when they received them? I also wonder how many pictures they have of damaged products to say it was your return? Think about it people, with the experience I had with them, I would not trust them.
Anyone need a 24” grab bar and two 12” grab bars, “brushed nickel”. They are SILVER, not the color their website shows. I gave them a ONE rating but they don’t even deserve that.
UPDATE: My sister stopped by and said she would like to get some grab bars for her second bathroom and thankfully I told her to stay away from grabbars.com! I’m happy to tell people not to buy from them, maybe it’ll be one crappy business that shuts down.
