Actual device seems good but theres a complete lack of instructions on how to use it and amend settings. I've still not worked out what the flashing lights mean not whether I can turn the unit off or not.
Just as a follow up, after posting this the company phoned me and went through the functional. On that basis I've amended to 5 star review.

First class support, emails answered within 10 mins. Product came next day, no issues. It worked right out of the box, maps loaded on ios, windows 11 and Android. Altogether a first class bit of kit and nothing to pay for 5 years.
One thing I didn't find in the ad was it has a battery backup built in should the main car battery be disconnected. The internal battery I'm told will last 3 to 4 hours.

We've had trackers from these guys before and they were very easy to deal with. Again when I got some more they were easy to deal with.
We initially had some issues with an older unit and they sorted it out really well for us.
The system is nice and simple without monthly costs and their support has been good but we have only ever needed support with one issue so no complaints here.

Great customer service before I purchased. I’d asked some questions on the Live Chat and got a follow up call the next day to make sure I had everything I needed to make a decision. Happy to answer all my questions and also very quick on supporting after I was getting my GPS up and running. A great product at a great price.

Set this up in 10mins. Downloaded the app, followed instructions and was up and running within minutes. Simple to set up & use. Not a good signal where i am and location of device was like putting it in a sucepan....lot of metal surroundings but from the getgo it work perfectly. Went for a 20min drive and device worked perfectly. Won't stop anyone nicking car but positive I will know where it is !
