Vorsicht!!! Die Lieferanten werden wohl so schlecht bezahlt, dass sie sich ihnen Verdienst zusammenklauen müssen. Kaum zu glauben, aber bei mir hat er gestern einfach eine im Hausflur stehende Zimmerpflanze eingesteckt (mehrere Zeugen konnten das durchs Fenster beobachten). Kundenservice Fehlanzeige.

Used to work for them for about a year, until one day, out of the blue, on payday (!) they decided to declare bankruptcy in denmark. They could have clearly paid the workers, having been evaluated at 3,1 billion USD in the not too distant past. But no, they decided to leave hundreds of employees without a salary the day before rent is due. Infuriating! Wonder how many people they made homeless with this despicable move. Hope a lot of people read this so they can see how spineless gorillas truly is.

These guys ran into the back of my car with one of there bikes. When I tried to claim money for the repairs I was repeatedly ignored.

Geen gehoor. Leugenachtige informatie. Schuld verlegd naar klant voor interne fouten. Heel lang process, steeds herhaalde reacties, niet kloppend bij de hulpvraag. Heel onaardige behandeling.

Quality of the food is poor. I got sent moldy items and customer service wouldn’t even refund me the delivery fee, just the item in spite of ruining my dinner. Overpriced items

When it first started, just like ANY company (wants to impress) it was amazing! I LOVED Gorrilas. Now it has arrogant staff, price rises, false promotions, etc. (like ALL companies, start off good) now just a money making business, NOT customer based.

Vous commandez. Le livreur prétend vous avoir appeler alors qu’il ne l’a pas fait. Il annule la commande.
Le livreur avait toutes les informations nécessaires pour la livraison y compris le bon numéro de téléphone.
Aucun appel, la commande est annulée et quand vous contactez GORILLAS sur l’application, on vous dit que vous ne serez pas remboursé avant 7 jours selon le mode paiement.
Je me retrouve le frigo vide et pratiquement 55€ chez GORILLAS.
Inadmissible je vais attendre 7 JOURS POUR RÉCUPÉRER MON ARGENT parce que le livreur est incompétent !!!

Es ist wie mit allen Lieferdiensten früher oder später merkst du das sie dich abzocken. Völlig überhöhte Preise trotz Liefergebühr und dann die Qualität Teilweise unterirdisch. Beliebte Produkte ständig nicht verfügbar Samstags geht so gut wir gar nichts alles vergriffen wiel keine neue Ware gekommen ist. Und dann wird Kuchen verkauft welcher ganz billiger Fertigkuchen eines Massenherstelers ist, mit ca. 1500 % Aufpreis und dann wird dieser von unfähigem Personal ohne Sinn und verstand mit der hand so klein geschnitten das " eine Frechheit" eine absolute Untertreibung wäre !!! Aber was will man bei diesem Namen erwarten , alles Affen und im wahrsten Sinne Monkey Business. Ohne mich Schnautze voll. Tipp von mir Finger weg. Geht zum Einzelhändler ist gesund und man sieht was man kauft ! Und es ist viel billiger !!! MfG.

The food I needed quite urgently for dinner took one and a half hours to arrive (rather than the estimated 30 mins) and when I complained, the customer service team repeatedly said the best they could do was to credit my £1.99 delivery charge back to my account as credit (they point blank refused to refund me). I gave up in the end.

Gorillas used to be quick and reliable but not anymore. I was a regular customer but I have now deleted the app.

Fantastische organisatie! Echt een pluim waard. Alleen maar goede ervaringen hier mee gehad!

Die liefern einfach mal nicht, wenn die kein Bock haben und dann muss man seinem Geld hinterher jagen, wenn man Vorkasse per Paypal oder so bezahlt hat.

Die Lieferung kam schnell, Fahrer war sehr freundlich. Das Obst war auch frisch. Ich werde die Dienstleistungen weiter nutzen.
