Hi Mark,

Thank you for the outstanding feedback and for choosing Golf Holidays Direct for your second trip.

I can also confirm that Alex was waiting at my desk this morning to make absolutely certain your recommendation that he receives a raise had been seen by the appropriate people! He clearly considers this particular piece of customer feedback far too important to risk getting lost in the system. 😄

Joking aside, your comments are a fantastic endorsement of Alex and the service he provided. Staying in regular contact, responding quickly to every question, resolving your accommodation concerns and, importantly, using his knowledge of the golf courses to help influence the right choices for your group are exactly what great service should look like.

We’ll make sure Alex receives the recognition for your comments — although he appears to have already taken personal responsibility for the salary negotiations!

The fact that this is your second trip with Golf Holidays Direct and you already “can’t wait for it to come around” is something we’re particularly pleased to hear.

Thank you again, Mark. We hope the trip itself is every bit as good as the experience Alex has provided in arranging it.

Kind regards.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing Golf Holidays Direct for your weekend break.

We’re pleased Max was able to assist with your arrangements, and you also raise a very fair point regarding the golf buggies. Where an additional request ultimately needs to be confirmed directly with the hotel or golf venue, we appreciate that having both the customer and our team contacting the same supplier can feel like an unnecessary duplication of effort.

Making the customer journey as straightforward as possible is important to us, so we’ll take your comments on board and consider whether this part of the booking process can be made clearer or more efficient.

Thank you for highlighting it, Simon. Feedback like this is valuable because sometimes the relatively small details can make the biggest difference to how easy it feels to arrange a golf break.

We hope you have a fantastic weekend away and enjoy the golf — hopefully with the buggies ready and waiting!

Kind regards.
