Excellent and professional service. Dealt with the same consultant, Greg, over a 2 month period. Nothing was too much trouble.

Booking and payment process very clear.

We use golf holidays every year to book our lads trip, they always look after us.

Just stayed at Hotel Isla Canela Golf for 5 days. Just over the border in Spain. Excellent hotel with 2 superb golf courses. One beautiful one on site and another links course 15 minutes transfer.
Excellent value for money. Some great restaurants in Ayamonte 10 mins away.

Saying what they can do - and then doing it !

Gave us great options. Found the right one quickly & we were booked within a few days of first enquiry. Superstars.

Always helpful with the booking and ongoing

Made an enquiry, changed the criteria a few times, each time no problem, got final proposal agreed it and paid deposit, very easy, good options, understood the request, simple and efficient. Hope the holiday is just as good as the booking.

Fast efficient and handed a few alterations quickly and efficiently

Easy company to deal with , Joey was a pleasure to deal with

booked with Joe, was always quick to make changes and get me the most up to date prices.

We booked 3 courses for 10 golfers in Alicante ten months ahead including bus transfers buggies etc . All confirmed and paid in advance.
Taxi bus shuttle company was switched at 48 hours with shambles set up and no English. Late and unreliable. Stressful.
Our third course was also cancelled at 48 hours notice. Golf Holidays direct had been informed of this 3 months earlier but emails were ‘overlooked’. Our tour could have been ruined had I not called this course to confirm our arrival. My complaint to Golf Holiday Direct was also shrugged off with ..’ Well it all worked out in the end’. Best advice - Book elsewhere!!

Great help and communication from Tom in arranging

All the staff, especially Cameron at golf breaks have been very helpful and made it very easy for us to book this golfing holiday
Thanks you

3rd year booking with Golf Holidays Direct albeit with a new representative this time. Jamie was a huge help and even when we had a small issue he was able to give a solution in no time that was amenable to our group and GHD. Looking forward to our next stress free trip as GHD have done all the hard work for us.

Straight forward booking so far hotel courses booked all straight forward

Brilliant experience
Tom Peters has been excellent through out the booking journey.
The portal, that includes all our booking info and payment summary is great.

Cameron was very helpful and prompt to reply to each change or new quote requested. Made the process simple.
