Disappointing customer service
Customer service response time is abysmal. It really shouldn’t take two weeks just to have a basic conversation in order to complete my order. During the time I was actively trying to get a response from customer service, I was repeatedly receiving automated emails expressing concern that I hadn’t completed my order. That made me feel like I was not actually being valued as a customer/patient and that the once I had paid, there was no obligation to provide good customer support. For that reason, I probably will not be a repeat customer. Fortunately, the rest of the process including the medical portion and shipping was very quick and efficient.
