Quality packaging matters
Aside from the UPS delay, which I understand was outside your control, I was disappointed with how my order was packaged. Considering the cost of the product, I expected better care and presentation, especially since I’ve received much better service from your company in the past. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard I had come to expect.

Good customer service experience
Great initial customer service experience, very thorough & helpful. Shipping was fast, arrived a week later, so a good start. Nervous about first injection & felt the included instructions were lacking. After requesting more info by message, I was referred to a YouTube vid that explained it well & did the trick! Hopefully, it’ll be a successful weight loss journey moving forward.
