So bad, I ordered a case, said it was delivered but it’s no where to be found, contacted goat case that told me to file a claim with the delivery service, but they didn’t put Insurance on the package so I cannot file a claim, they don’t want to simply send me a new one, or reimburse me. They are so rude over emails, incapable of answering under a week, I have been trying to get some answers since March the 15 it’s been a month now. Don’t order there. You will waste your money

HORRIBLE customer service.
I don’t normally do reviews but this company deserves one.
I was really excited to purchase this case for work purposes and after three weeks of waiting for the case they gave me the wrong size. I explained to them this mix up and was replied with a cery automated response. When I finally got ahold of a real person they were completely condenseing and not helpful AT ALL. no refunds, no exchange of cases unless I take time out of my day to ship it back and reorder the right case then wait another three weeks to get it. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A SCAM, don’t waste your money!!

I ordered a GOATcase for my phone and was excited about it. When I received my order, they sent the wrong case (doesn't fit my phone) and when I told them they sent me the wrong one, this was what they told me.

1. I have to pay to ship it back
2. I also have to wait until they receive the item back before they send me the correct item.. (let's hope its the correct item)

So... now I have to pay twice for shipping on a item that was not my fault... and if they don't get it right again, I will have to pay for shipping the third time to send it back again.

I also ship out products with my company. I have occasionally sent the wrong item out to a customer and I have never once told the customer they had to pay to ship it back (and my products are more expensive).

For a phone case I was excited to get, I have lost much excitement in getting it now as I fill their customer service is a giant fail. #whodoesthis GOATcase

Sent the wrong case. Spoke w customer service kne time and didn’t hear from them again. Problem is still not resolved. I wouldn’t advise this product

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered my phone case in December 2018 and still haven't received anything. Tracking only just now says that the package has been destroyed. Have asked for a refund but I have to file a claim with the shipping company. Total BS. Will keep pushing for a refund as I don't want any product from this company. Customer service is very impersonal and it looks like they have set replies. I hope they fall over.

Terrible customer service! No contact number and they respond to emails maybe 6 days later. They don’t do refunds or pay for sending items back. RUN from this company!!!

I emailed a week ago and never got a response. I purchased 3 goat cases and received them. My order was for an iphone 6/6s, 7/8, and XS Max. My order was incorrect and/or nonfunctional. I didn’t receive an iphone 7/8 case at all, it was just another 6/6s case in a ripped up box with the size label obviously ripped off to try to pass it off as a 7/8 case. Secondly, the 6/6s case and the xs max case did not even have the nano suction technology attached, they were just plain cases that stuck to nothing. I am highly disappointed with my order and would like a refund and have sent over 10 emails with no response

Whilst the phone case is really good and does its job, the company itself is awful and very unprofessional. I ordered the phone case with a screen protector and a backplate with a ring on the back to help hold the case, I did this back in February and we are now in June and I only just got the case and only because I sent them many emails. In the beginning I asked them where the order was and they just simply said that the backplate has been discontinued but didnt say anything about my order. So after bugging them they finally remade the order and refunded the price of the backplate to my account. Two months later and I still haven’t got the order I asked for a refund and they said no as they only do store credit which is false as they had already given me a refund.

So whilst the company is rubbish and their customer service is non-exsistant, the case is of good quality but you could probably get an alternative on Amazon for less money and quicker.

I have been waiting for my package for 2 months.. they filed a claime “sent another one” now a month in and still nothing.. they won’t give me my money back and the only way u can speak to someone is in an email.. in my eyes this is a scam!!!

The worst experience I have ever had ordering online. I ordered my product over a month ago and have not received it. They sent me a tracking link that turned out to be bogus. Two weeks after ordering I received an email asking me to rate my experience & how I was liking the product. I emailed them stating that I had not received the product. They had not even sent it off. I waited another week and still no notifications had been sent to stating that the product had been sent. I emailed them asking them when they were planning on sending me the product & they responded they were working on getting me my product to me in a timely manner. 3 weeks had already went by. After a month of waiting and being lied to by customer service several times I requested a refund. They refused to give me a refund and instead said I could have store credit. Why would I want to order something else from them when there is absolutely no guarantee when you will receive your product. 5 weeks, 3 months? 4 months? Not at all? Who knows?

Horrible customer service. I ordered a case and was promised in 3-5 business days. after waiting a month and getting the same message every time I sent a message inquiring about my order,
"Hello, usually, it takes 1-3 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for delivery of all in-stock products. Due to the sales, we have attracted an immense flow of orders which are to be processed. Thus, all orders have been delayed a bit. We are relentlessly working on processing each and every order as we would never want any of our customers to leave us unhappy or unsatisfied. Hope you understand and please be rest assured as your order shall be processed, shipped out and delivered at the earliest. As soon as your order has been processed and shipped out, you shall receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details." I decided to report the fraud to my credit card company.

This company has gone to complete garbage in my opinion. I had ordered a case mid-December and never received it. Sent many emails and talked with them on their website and never got anywhere. I was told countless times it may have been lost in shipping and other bullsh*t. I had to ask for a refund many times and finally after 4 months, received it. I will never ever buy from them again & I’ll wait patiently for someone else to create a case similar.

First of all it took me almost 2 months to get the dam case (I had to Hound them every week) & when I did get it, it was great for the first 2 days. The adhesive will fade very quickly & you’ll forget that your phone can do anything. It’s dumb.

I am only writing this review because I ordered two GOAT cases from goatcase.com a month and a half ago and I still have not received my order. I was guaranteed I’d receive my order within 7-10 business days, but it has been 6 weeks and I still have not received anything. Customer service is very unhelpful and will send you tracking numbers that bring up an “unavailable” result. I requested my money back and they reply with another shipping number that does not work. Total scam don’t waste your money.

I ordered a charger and after a minor mishap of receiving the wrong item they were prompt with fixing the problem and very polite while helping me! The shipping was great and came on time.

I bought a iPhone 7 case that came in broken. I made numerous calls but never got anyone to talk to. I sent an email and after about a month I got a reply that pictures need to be sent to goat case which I did. Then after about few weeks an email was sent from goatcase that the return was not approved. Wait a minute am I supposed to be stuck with a broken screen protector that have been advitise on their web site that it never breaks? I am getting ready to file a complaint with consumer protection beureau. They are scammers please be aware!.

I also never received my order which was over two months ago. Customer service never replies and they will give you a bogus tracking number. Luckily I only spent $13 with them, but should have read the reviews before I ordered. They need to be slapped with a lawsuit and shut down.

Thieves! Terrible company. I would give them zero stars if I could, I made an order amounting to more than $50 on December 16th and almost a month later I still have nothing. They provided an invalid tracking number. They do not respond to emails. You can DM them on Twitter but they will just give you the runaround and tell you to keep waiting another few days. They blamed the post office for losing my package even though tracking said it never left the warehouse. I've messaged them about 4-5 times now and I have not received a new tracking number proving that they re-shipped nor have I received the actual merchandise that I paid for. I have requested a refund which they refuse to give me even though they failed to provide me with the product I paid for. They offered me store credit. What they think I'm supposed to do with a useless credit to their failure of a store is beyond me. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.

Goatcass is a scam period. I ordered 2 cases a month ago & they are nowhere to be found. Refund policy is bullsh*t. Can’t reach anybody. Don’t waste your time or money. Just go to amazon.

I don’t even want to give them a star! I waited on this order for three weeks and was told it was being delivered only for them to contact me the third time (the day beforeit was supposed to be “delivered”) and say my product was out of stock. It’s also extremely hard to get a hold of anybody. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
