After about 1 month of use the edging starting to separate, fast forward 3 months and the sticky part is peeling off and now more of the edging is coming apart. Poor quality would not recommend.

Sent the wrong size, then I payed for shipping to ship it back and they did not send the correct size. This is not a reliable company, do not use.

I got mine and it immediately lost its stickiness after I put it on 1 surface , it also doesn’t allow me to turn my phone off and won’t allow my volume to go up or down. Not worth it!

I ordered a case in 2016 and never received it!! Tried to contact the support many times, but never got a response. It’s a scam!!!

Took forever to arrive, only stuck about 4 times now it won’t stick, not even a nice looking case, waste of money.

This is really the BIGGEST SCAM OF ALL TIME

THEY LITERALLY ANYHOW SEND YOU A CASE WHICH DOEST EVEN FIT YOUR PHONE.

I received my package with what I ordered but the charger is opened and has obviously been used and is even missing the charger part to plug into my phone. The case has been used and is in very bad condition, and on top of all that my screen protector is broken. I’ve read reviews and I wish I did before purchasing a case from this company but we definitely need to find a way to get this company taken down.

Bad customer service! I ordered a case for Samsung s10, which never arrived. When I contacted them they said they had none in stock and had no intention of ordering anymore. I had to request a refund, which they claimed to have processed on 24th Dec. A few weeks later i still received nothing, so contacted them, they were adament they had processed the refund, which had not happened. My only saving grace was I paid through palpay, as soon as I escalated the issue with them, suddenly a refund appeared on my account. If it wasn't for PayPal I feel like I would have been left out of pocket. Very bad customer service.

I love my goat case! I use it for so many things i never would have expected! Pics and videos at the gym, at work, while traveling. I can get group shots i never would have expected. This thing is magic.

I keep buying these, they’re awesome! Had them for my iPhone 6 and 7 before. Now I’ve got one on my XR. I’m a Personal Trainer. I find them great help recording workouts in the gym by sticking my phone on mirrors, walls and/or machines. Whatever gets the best shot!

Received my package in due time! The case holds super tight on clean and glass-type surfaces, perfect and no risk of falling! However, I tried on the wall and if I did not catch it in time, my phone would have fallen; it holds for a few seconds before giving up.

The wrong case was sent and customer service continues to give me the run around. I’ve provided tracking numbers, filled out paperwork and sent the case back and still not received a credit or a case. Extremely unhappy.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I paid for the product on 13 November 2018. It's 9 months later. I have contacted support MULTIPLE times to get a resolution but no-one comes back to me. I have also sent multiple messages via their online / web contact form - same story - no response. And yet they continue to send me marketing mail even though I have unsubscribed from their list. DO NOT BUY!!!!

I still haven't received my product and i'm heading into 3 months waiting now... need to be shut-down

Returns are so difficult, they gave me a case that didn't even fit my phone so I told them I wanted an exchange or refund/ They asked me if the film was still on the case , I told them "yes" then they were just like " No worries! contact us if you need more support " WTHECK ? I want my refund .

Worked for first couple days and now it ain’t sticking to 💩.

Scam scam scam scam scam. Don’t touch them looking into where I can report them. No product delivered so far after 3 months.

Three weeks after I ordered my goatcase I got at toothbrush delivered. As I tried to return it I got no return label. I have to pay for the return so I did not return the toothbrush and I highly recommend, that you do not buy anything from that company.
