I tried for the first time to contact Gname's official complaints office. But even though I am the injured party from whom the website was copied, I must provide proof that I am the legal owner. I did that, but GNAME doesn't agree with it because OUR BRAND was registered in GERMANY and accordingly the legal documents for the protected word mark are in German and they can't read that. OUR website was copied, OUR images were stolen, OUR texts, intellectual property was stolen. The fraudulent website kostuempalast-de.com doesn't even have an imprint, there is no name of anyone responsible for this website, this website only wants to cheat and GNAME fully supports this because they do NOT want to DELETE this website! You no longer have to tell me that you are sorry or that I should send you further documents. You will have to answer some questions.
Update: I sent you documents and replied to your mail adress. I got mail that the domain name has been disabled. But that did only last for a few hours. I will complain again and again until this adress will no longer be available

Don't pay, they take your money and freeze it, then wait for a while for a refund and do not respond. I submitted a chargeback to my bank and I will do everything to get my money back from them. They're trading in China or some nonsense country so they think they can do anything.

As many others wrote here, my webshop was stolen and recreated with a different name and I immediately contacted Gname. We have sent legal certifications that our shop is the original one, but they answered they ”can’t find anything related” to my shop - Even though a 10-year old child could tell that it is a fake site, their professional team cannot. The fake shop is retrovatteet.com and they are selling our sold out product (using time back machine). The fake shop does not have proper contact info, no business ID or social media profiles. If Gname truly took the time to investigate they could easily see that the models are the same and some photos on the front page is taken from our Instagram account. I have now made a police report and cyber safety report to escalate this to get it solved out.

These fraudulent websites try to scam people out of their money and will harm original website. I have already submitted an official request to delete the fake website. They are helping someone impersonate me
My website domain (that I had allowed to lapse) was acquired by a customer of Gname, who used it to promote a gambling website that they own. They plagiarised text from my old website (that they obtained via the wayback machine) to give the impression it was me, but modified the text, by adding references to online gambling. They also added a link to the gambling site.
They also PLACED LINKS TO MY GENUINE LINKEDIN PROFILE, thereby dishonestly implying that I am associated with their gambling site.
I apprised Gname.com of this dishonesty but they required me to supply them with a "copyright certificate" - something that doesn't exist and in any case is irrelevant to the crime of impersonation which they are enabling. To this day the impersonation is continuing and they knowingly create obstacles, like asking for proof that I have NOT authorised the owner to link to my LinkedIn page!
UPDATE: I sent them a follow-up complaint. They wrote back asking me to send them proof of my identity. I sent pictures of my current and previous passports. I am now waiting to hear from them.

They don't consent to bad sights so i guess they just dont no.. but today i was scammed for 12780 usd. they talked me into investing into a difi mining pool. when i went to withdrawal my money today they canceled my withdrawal and withdrawn all my money into a different account. When I tracked the owner it was in hk. I think they also own this domain company. Just weird seeing the name on both the pool domain certificate and also under this domain company. I find it weird and scary. Maybe I'm wrong but names matched up and i lost alot of money. Wish it didn't happen.

Gname hosts several fake web sites and has scammed several thousands of euros and dollars. My friend lost over 20,000 euros. This company needs to be banned. These websites operate on new site every week and destroy the sites before getting caught. Any domain registrar that keep changing the site or if a site is not live more than 30 days and keeps going up and down, it's easy for gname to find them but they are negligent. A police complaint has been filed on them. GNAME.COM PTE. LTD. and their customer accounts needs to be investigated by police and federal agents.
