I reported a domain that is impersonating a legitimate business and being used for scamming people, they dealt with the issue within just a few hours.

I applied for the closure of phishing websites and they managed the process brilliantly and took action on the specified date. This company really does its job cleanly and will be a company I will recommend for future domain purchases. Thank you again, especially to the Abuse team.

This registrar acts like it’s completely fine for scam websites to operate under their watch. We've asked them three times to take down the fraudulent sites below, and every single time Gname drags things out. Instead of actually doing anything, they demands at us to provide trademark papers, copyright certificates, declarations, power of attorney…anything to avoid taking action. It feels like they’re doing everything except dealing with the obvious scams right in front of them.

Does not take takedown action for reported fraud sites like alternatecom.de which is an apparent fakeshop of german alternate.de

I deposit lot of money in bitmatrix option trading now that site blocked that site registered in gname registered how your company register fraud site

My friend mistakenly took task scams and her funds got frozen in an account. As it was a scam, she couldn't contact the administrator. So she mailed gname as they are the registrar.
1. At first,she mailed her details to gname, for what gname responded to report in abuse, but the link was not working.
2. The scammers site has redirect service with gname, so she mailed again to contact the web admin with all the details she had.
What she had in return?
Her internal link alone blocked with all the frozen assets. But the same scam group still conduct task scam with scammers and ignorant people.
Why established domain registrars support scammers like this? It's disgusting to see the responses.

Alle bijlagen aangeleverd, volledige uitleg erbij en vervolgens na een paar dagen vragen ze doodleuk om bijlagen aan te leveren. Zo gaat dit nu al vijf keer op en neer. Ik kan niet anders dan constateren dat dit bedrijf partij kiest voor oplichters en fraudeurs zonder zich zorgen te maken over de gevolgen voor particulieren die er het slachtoffer van geworden zijn. Géén enkele inhoudelijke reactie op mijn klachten, gewoon alleen geautomatiseerde berichten blijven versturen totdat de consument het maar opgeeft. Wat een slechte zaak!

Be careful registering any domain in this registrar. This is the worst registrar I ever used.
They abuse you to keep the domain in their bad platform and dont allow to transfer it out.

Be alert! Gname will charge you even if you don't win any auction.

I have loaded money in my Gname account to take part in auction. I thought it might be similar to Namesilo auction. I didn't win any of my two domain auction but they deduct $14 from my account. I asked for refund but they refused.

Regularly I buy domains from Godaddy auction and all major domain auction platforms. I never face any policy like them. Completely unhappy with their policy.

I'm here to warn marketers to avoid Gname. You will get a lot of good alternatives ready who will give you free auction participation.
