遇到的问题是域名投诉就直接被封,并没有通知域名持有者进行整改,并没有对域名内容进行核查,只是根据投诉的截图就给域名封禁,说是冒充什么什么公司的,首先冒充的前提是什么?一比一模仿。我的域名就是展示,和正规公司的不一样,只是带有该公司的以下图片的新闻文章都不行?难道这个也是冒充?难道新闻不能写?况且在没有审核域名内容的实质性的情况下直接对域名封禁,封禁之后才通知域名持有者,这样的意义何在?如果有涉及版权问题,都可以联系域名持有者进行整改,而不是封禁之后才通知,这样的体验,谁还敢在你们gname购买注册域名?

Facilitating 'Pig Butchering' scams and ignoring verified abuse reports

Gname is currently providing registrar services to a confirmed phishing platform: astbridge.com. I have provided irrefutable evidence, including WhatsApp conversations showing the attacker luring victims to this URL (Case GW20260123...).

Despite these reports, Gname has not yet applied a 'clientHold' status to the domain. The attacker is now using a 'DomainAgents' parking page to hide the fraud and evade detection. This lack of action is unacceptable.

An official compliance case is open with ICANN (Case 01541...). I urge Gname to stop protecting scammers and fulfill their contractual obligations to maintain a secure internet.

am writing this to alert Gname.com and the public regarding the fraudulent use of domains registered under your platform (IANA ID: 1923). The domains cryplin.top (currently suspended) and wow163.top have been used in a major scam involving the theft of 248,150 BDT (medical funds) from victim MD Tariq Bin Tahir.

Missing text filed for complaint cases

When making a complaint case, user can submit images along with a description of the case. However, once the case is open, the only way of communication is with images. I had to type what I had in a simple text editor, only to take a screenshot of it and submit it as an image. It is ridiculous. I imagine a simple chat room would be of great use, both for you and your clients, for the case of complaints. Or at the very least, add the text field option, I know the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words", but if the picture is made of words entirely, perhaps a better medium for that would be a book.

I have used GName for almost a year…

I have used GName for almost a year now. I have place roughly 45 backorders successfully. That aspect of the company can be pretty sharp and overall together. The real problem starts when you attempt to modify or make a purchase or change anything. It becomes an intensive hours long ordeal with no help in sight. All they do is send you screenshots. No real description just do this. When it doesn't work the chat person sends a heavily crying emoji. They refuse to do these operations for you. Its so beyond ignorant! I spent over an hour and a half attempting to set up an email which I got no closer than when I started. I am a professional on my computer all day every day but much of what they expect is just nonsense. Customer service isn't. Its just a name with oh we are so sorry crying emoji. I personally wouldn't own, work for or use a company that simply was of no real assistance. I could go on about the other numerous flaws but why really bother. I am getting my names out and dealing with whatever trash the company puts me through. Gname is nothing but a headache. Yes they catch names but thats all they do right. I mean that statement! F!

GNAME allows active phishing & brand impersonation – refuses to act

GNAME is currently hosting and maintaining a clear phishing and brand impersonation operation, and despite multiple formal abuse reports, they have failed to take action.

A fraudulent domain registered via GNAME is impersonating my legitimate website (main domain ) betra.bet, (current domain ) 449betra.com by:

Copying our brand identity and visual design

Misleading users into believing it is our official site

Operating with cloned assets and deceptive content

Using subdomains to store copied materials and bypass basic protections

This is an active phishing operation, not a trademark dispute.

I have submitted multiple abuse tickets to GNAME, including the following reference numbers:

Despite providing clear evidence, screenshots, and domain details, GNAME continues to delay with generic responses like “1–5 business days” while the phishing site remains fully operational.
