I have reported the following domains for phishing providing ample evidence of phishing activity:
winzexo[.]cc
winzexo1012[.]to
vyroxo149[.]to
vyroxo[.]com
zetomax[.]cc
despite the evidence clearly showing them being spread via a malicious spam campaign urging people to hand over bank information for 2.5-3.2k usd, gname has taken no action. so thank you gname for harbouring scammers and criminals.

update: domains have been suspended, i will further improve the rating if the abuse team continue to suspend fraudulent domains i have reported. I met the Icann standards of proof for abuse and shouldnt need to escalate via a public review to recieve action.

又是MFA，又是邮箱。
和客服说了手机丢了，要的东西全部提供了。

GNAME is absolutely a fraudulent company! Without my knowledge or authorization, they intercepted transfer of my domain name from one company to another, then stole my domain name. Now they are demanding money for me to buy my own domain back!

Never purchase from Gname. They will never send you email notification about your domain expiration and give your domain to someone else. They are very unprofessional and when you ask them for proof of email notification, they only send you their system notification. Worst domain name provider I have ever dealt with and I buy domain names for a living. Stay away from Gname

I was trying from February 13-14, 2026 to submit a Help Ticket on GName.com in order for USD $ 8.58 that I deposited for a failed backorder to be refunded me.

I have had no ends of problems in trying to send this Help Ticket. First they wanted me to enable Multifactor Authentication(MFA), which could not be done using the method they described, then they wanted me to provide proof of the deposit that was made via Paypal…which I provided.

They then told me that that proof of deposit couldn’t work and I had to submit a Help Ticket then I was told that since I didn’t submit the MFA using their method I would have to enable my phone to be used as a security measure… then they told me this couldn’t be done- they claim due to a time zone difference.

Additionally they have archaic methods of requesting that an email be verified with a code that disappears after 60 seconds before transmitting the Help Ticket..no matter what “solution” they derived, the requirements could not be humanly met.
I feel that GName.com just wants to create problems so as to prevent their customers from withdrawing their deposits.

I’ve spent over 5 hours with this company and they are still unable to refund me my USD $8.58 – (their site is telling me that I have USD $8 deposited with them).

I even proffered that they allow me to submit proof of deposit of these funds by email and substitute this for the Help Ticket since their method of submitting it was giving so many problems. Instead of responding to me, they told me now that they have sorted everything out I should provide them with a good review and provided a link on TrustPilot for me to review them.

P.S.
I just checked my account balance (February 16,2026) and they have moved the $8 from being “available” to being “frozen”.
They are now saying that the MFA is now working (it was not as far as the discussions we’ve had) and they say that they have frozen my account for 7 days to keep it protected and they didn’t report my case to their customer service specialist in Singapore (who they claim could have sorted this problem out) and that they will when they come in at 9:30 am Singapore time =13 hours ahead of my time.

They also said they can’t give me a response by email but they will open the Chat when they feel like giving me a response…

This is incredulous!

I’m frustrated, fed-up and angry!

As it stands I don’t know what to do to get my money back. Maybe this review will awaken GName.com and their potential customers to be aware of the poor customer service they are giving and for potential customers to know that GName.com will find all methods to hold on to your money for failed backorders.

Protecting Scammers. Ignoring Abuse Reports.
I reported a phishing site dappvalidationnode.com stealing Private Keys. Provided undeniable photographic evidence (Ticket # GW2026021017444470). Support is ghosting me while thieves are active.

You stated below that you "need more time". This is unacceptable. Phishing attacks happen in seconds.
I have already provided Ticket #GW2026021017444470 with screenshots proving this site explicitly asks users for PRIVATE KEYS. There is nothing to "investigate" – the evidence is absolute.
Every hour you wait makes you complicit in potential theft. If the domain is not suspended by tomorrow, I am proceeding with a formal ICANN Registrar Abuse Complaint.

Thank you for confirming receipt of the evidence.
Regarding "ICANN-mandated procedures": Please note that Section 3.18 of the RAA (Registrar Accreditation Agreement) allows registrars to take immediate action against abuse, especially when clear evidence of criminal activity (Private Key theft) is provided.
"Procedures" should not take days while users are being targeted. I appreciate the priority status, but I will maintain this review until the domain dappvalidationnode[.]com returns a NXDOMAIN (is offline). I am monitoring it

After careful research, I reported a pirate site to Hosting that was distributing my intellectual property and that of other artists, profiting from it! The gname.com team processed my request and resolved the issue, removing the pirate site in no time. Excellent!
