Gname is home to criminals…
Gname appears to be targeting criminals and scam artists for use of its domain services. Over the last several months we have been battling perpetual criminal activity using Gname hosting and domain registrar services.
Gname should be banned from using ICANN and consumers should be wary- their hosting is likely to be flagged by Google and other email or search providers as related to scam attempts. Your email deliverability and rankings will fall by being associated with Gname.
EDITED BASED ON RESPONSE: Gname has had the opportunity to correct its reputation as an illicit provider of domain and hosting services for several years. I recently found a Colorado Secretary of State filing implicating GNAME in a number of scams and criminal actions.
We have filed a number of abuse complaints with GNAME for identical scams, with the complaints being funneled through incorrect and difficult or inconsistent procedures (ie, a form requiring a certification of trademark, on a criminal abuse complaint). GNAME is slow to act, and identical scams pop up within moments of GNAME finally shutting down one (after weeks of innocent people likely losing money to GNAME's customers). Basically, it seems quite evident to me, that GNAME is intent on making money by supporting criminal activities and fraudulent businesses.

One of their hosted sites (1 day old) is a phishing site.someone reports it.the y start sending an email to fill in forms this giving the phishing site more time to rob people. The right action should be: block first and after that investigate. But I guess the think they need to stall in favour of the phished.
