Fantastic holiday in Kerala organised perfectly. No problems at all with arrangements. All hotels although very different were wonderful and as described, well worth paying for the deluxe tour.
Our driver, Biju picked us up from our first hotel the following morning and stayed with us for 10 days. He was smart, polite but friendly, always on time and spoke excellent English, which was a bonus as we were told by others using different companies that their drivers English was not so good.
Half way through our holiday I became unwell and the driver was very quick to respond and got me to the nearest hospital where he dealt with everything for us & I was treated immediately.This could have ruined our holiday but when we arrived at our next destination he suggested changing our itinery so we would not miss out on any tours and I could recuperate before carrying on further. This efficiency impressed us and we did not miss out on a single tour.The drivers are obviously very well trained. Had we been on a group tour it would have posed many more problems.
Without a doubt would definately use this company again.

If ever you are thinking of travelling to india the best company to travel with is Kerala Travel Centre they are truly the best. We could not have been looked after any better. The drivers and guides really are kind knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble

my wife food allergy is sometime a worry, but always the staff and on two occassion the chef personnally came to talk us through the menu, the food was great ??

Kerala travel has enabled us to have three wonderful holidays in India and Sri Lanka.
We like the fact that they are based in India and know the area well and can offer sound advice based on local knowledge.
We also enjoyed the flexibility they offer on individual tours. The accommodation on their list would suit the majority of travellers needs and tastes.
They have some especially good small home stays and guest houses that give one the opportunity to get off the beaten track and enjoy some wonderful hospitality.
We would thoroughly recommend Kerala Travel and its associates to arrange a visit to India .

Visited Kerala in Dec 2012 having booked everything through KTC. Found the team very easy to do business with, they understood what we wanted and were very knowledgeable about the area. Our driver was excellent and very friendly as was the welcome host at our first stop. We had a fantastic trip and using KTC made that a lot less stressful as there was always support when you needed it - when travelling with family, that always helps. Couple of minor niggles: (i) the paperwork stated the driver was available if wanted during unplanned periods but he didn't seem to be (ii) one of the hotels was not quite as expected (lack of bar etc) but then we did go for the "economy" tour and the rooms and views were fine. Overall, would definitely recommend KTC to anyone looking at a trip to this area - particularly if constrained by budget / time as we had spent days trying to plan our own trip before we found these guys and they made it very easy in the end!

We have booked five holidays with Kerala travel Centre.
Each one has been excellent, and this is due in the main to the service we have received which in our opinion could not be bettered! We have put our own itinerary together and have left hotel bookings, travel etc to the agents to arrange.
I think that one of the reasons for the success of Kerala Travel is that the agents are based in India and therefore are extremely knowledgeable about the the different holidays they book for their clients.There is always a local agent on hand in the rare event of there being any problems.
An excellent company that I would have no hesitation in recommending for a holiday in India.

Had wanted to visit Kerala for sometime and was lucky enough to see them at the travel show in London. My friend was a little unsure (she was not with me at the exhibition anyway) but as soon as we made contact with Kerala Travel Centre, who tailor-made our holiday she was assured - and quite rightly so. Everything went as planned, and boy did they take care of us and when you are 2 ladies of a certain age, this is important! Our accommodation lived up to our high expectations, our driver became our friend, our houseboat stay was surreal, and our homestay was excellent - the recipes have been tried and tested- and worked!! My friend was particular about her diet - no problem - wherever we went they had been forewarned and cooked especially for her if need be - what more could we ask for. I can't speak highly enough of this Company, and look forward to travelling with them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They organise what you want, or will provide ideas and suggestions if you aren't sure. Everything is done for you and you are met at the airport, taxi for the whole holiday with various experienced guides, then deposited at the airport for the return flights. Yet, for all this the holiday has the feel of being done independently. Everything is organised and booked for you with good accommodation.

We have been to Kerala four times recently, each time with KTC although, we have arranged our own international flights. They suggested tours the first time and we have chosen our own subsequently. We have always been looked after when there, and sometimes they have gone beyond expectations. I have recommended them to friends and family without comeback!

My wife and I had always wanted to go to India but weren't sure where to go on our first trip. We were seeking sun and relaxation so Goa was an obvious choice but we wanted a little more. Kerala was recommended and then I friend suggested using Kerala Travel Centre .....the team were first class and put together a wonderful itinerary and this was backed by the fact they had great people on the ground.
We had a wonderful trip and would use these guys again!

We were invited to a wedding in Bangalore and decided to see some of Kerala. The bride and groom suggested we talk to Kerala Travel which we did. From the first conversation with I was confident that they understood what we wanted. The whole package was put together well and came within budget. We were met at airports as agreed transfers were made without any fuss and the accommodation was great. Talk to Kerala Travel before you go.

If you are looking to plan a trip to south India then I would highly recommend Kerala Travel Centre. From the very start the team in the office listen to your requirements and budget and will plan an itinerary accordingly. Once your plane lands in India the driver and guides are excellent, friendly, attentive and above all professional. There isn't a better way to visit Southern India - for us the mix of accommodation was just right with Home stays, Boutique Hotels and a great beach hotel at the end to really relax before heading back to the UK.

My wife and I have now travelled with the Kerala Travel Centre to several different parts of southern India and we are looking forward to going again this year. We have tried many companies that provide bespoke packages; the KTC is by far the best. Their experienced agents carefully listen to your preferences and create your ideal holiday, selecting innovative itineraries and the best hotels. It is amazing that their outstanding, hand-crafted packages are invariably cheaper than inferior package deals provided by the larger companies.

I rarely recommend holiday providers, but the KTC is the exception. A number of our close friends were a little concerned about travelling to India, but with our encouragement booked a tour of Kerala with the KTC. They returned two weeks later delighted with their holiday and - like us - passionate about India and its people.

The holiday was well organised. Everything went to plan. Our personal driver was very good and always obliging. We were very happy with all the accommodation making our
holiday very memorable.

We told the company exactly what we wished to see and do and they came up with more than we expected.

Mostly good in terms or organising but the holiday itself had a number of serious problems including the hotel on the first night unable to take us and leaving us without accomodation at 5am after a very long journey. Our trip in the tiger sanctuary had not been booked locally and they were unable to take us. Very disappointing. After return home in December there was no follow up contact until now! The holiday was excellent for the most part.

Given the above I doubt I would recommend to a friend.

We really weren't too sure of what to expect, as we booked through Groupon. We couldn't have arranged this trip any better from start to finish everything went smoothly, and to think we were in India!
Our tour started in Amritsar and we were treated to the delightful Golden Temple and then off to see the Waga border closing at sunset. The driver and guide looked after us well, stopping at the many roadside stalls to purchase traditional food for us to taste. This we did with caution so as not to upset our delicate British tums! The hotel was of a good standard and adequate for a one night stop. The next morning we set off on about a 6 hour drive into the Himalyas to a home stay owned by a retired brigadier and his wife.....so what, I thought when I first read about it, we'll not see him. How wrong I was, this charming couple welcomed us into their home, fed us well and were interesting company over lunch and dinner every day...nothing was too much trouble. Their hospitality was even extended when my husband became too ill to travel to our next destination, they let us stay on and even arranged a smoother car to train journey with the authorities. I must mention the Navek La is a wonderful pace to stay. The mountain views from our window, the gardens, the bubbling stream, the delicious Indian food and of course the hosts.
Unfortunately we missed out staying in Shimla. Our trip ended in Delhi. The Delhi guide was excellent, together we planned our tour for the day and felt that we had excellent value for money throughout the whole holiday. We'd certainly use the Travel Centre again.

We were very impressed by our organised holiday put together by Kerala Travel.
Everything was arranged to make it an easy an effortless trip for myself and my 87 year old mother. I would highly recommend a visit to beautiful Kerala, the boat trip on the backwaters being a highlight. 10 out of 10.

Travelled on the Kerala South tour and thoroughly enjoyed a contrast in locations from city to isolation. No problems whatsoever, excellent hotels and an itinerary that delivered a variety of wonderful memories.
Quite a bit of travelling involved but our driver Brian was excellent .
Kerala Travel staff were charming and informative and I would not hesitate to use them again.
