My experience with gimme care has been nothing but exceptional. I moved from a different company for medication to gimme care and they have exceeded the other company ten fold!

Olivia was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

The staff cares about the patient's health and safety. The customer service is excellent and the doctor got back to me with my questions/concerns after I threw my prescription box out and forgot my dosage. This type of service is appreciated. I have three children by 30 with a severe back injury.

I was able to lose a decent amount on my own until injury, where physical movement was and is limited.

Gimme provided a chance for a little help. The process to get started was very easy. The prescription took a little time to ship however, it has been extremely effective.

My dose also helped to remove some inflammation around my herniated disc’s, allowing some relief to my persistent sciatic pain.

The pain is worse when I weigh more, I have been able to lose about 10 pounds in the first two weeks, mostly illretained water weight.

I feel like I finally have the little help I needed.

I ordered the medication on July 30th and it is now August 16th and I haven't seen or heard of a tracking number or the item being shipped. I had to file a dispute with my card company and now they are asking me to cancel the dispute. They should never charge your card until the medication ships.

My son has been on this program and it has been helping him tremendously. He referred me to you and now I am 2 weeks in and I am seeing results. Thank you also my son and I should get 50 each toward our medication. We were not aware of this. Can you honor this for us ? Thank you

New customer- signed up and was approved 15 days ago - tracking shows my shipment still hasnt shipped. Horrible experience so far as I was transitioning from another provider so have missed two doses. Support keeps giving the run-around. Price is good which is why they get 2 stars instead of one, but unless they get reliable with shipping, I would avoid.

I had chatted to ask about my package all day yesterday and I haven't gotten any response whatsoever except for they're closed at 6:00 and it was 2 hours before 6:00. I don't know if it's eastern time Pacific Time or whatever but it doesn't matter because I'm in Central Time and if it was six then Pacific time would still be open at 4:00 Central. If it was Eastern Time then they are 1 hour later than Central so there's really no excuse. Someone should have contacted me back because this is very important that I get my medication at a correct temperature because the last delivery was good but the one previous to that the medication was compromised and I started gaining weight. When I opened a new vial of the last delivery it was working much better and the weight was less than the previous that got warm and no one cared to tell me it was delivered and it was outside for a day. Now no one's contacting me to answer any of my questions about the current delivery why it shipped to Houston Texas and then all the way up to some Northern State and then back down to Texas again. They're being non-responsive no one's calling me. They did in the beginning when I just started GIMME and now I can't get anyone to help me with something I feel is important.
Yes today it's been several days and no one's wanted to call me and talk with me like they did in the beginning when I first joined Gimme. As soon as they get you to join their real nice and then all of a sudden they don't want to talk to you anymore over the phone. They have not addressed my concerns since Friday, August 14th and it is now August 19th. So hopefully it goes well for everybody else that just joined. I need a phone call I do not need to correspond with chat because I'm unable to respond. It's like a direct message to me and I'm not allowed to chat back. So they need to call me.
I've already emailed and still haven't gotten a response. So telling me to email and telling me you're sorry is it going to help. I need someone to call me. And I can't believe this is the way we have to communicate on a damn review.!
Well this is to reply to the reply that was sent to me so on August 19th below. I have contacted you via email and y'all have not done back to me yet. This is a continual thing where I'm emailing you to several times a day each day and you're not getting back to me. So don't think that people are going to believe you that you're going to prioritize as stated on this reply that you left me. Why haven't you prioritized me then? I still haven't heard from you.

The injections are easy to administer and after the third day I didn't feel hungry anymore. I am extremely happy with the on going results. And I'm learning to eat properly for when I reach my desired weight. Oh, Be careful not to inject on a stretch mark, that skin is a little tough.
