Super easy to get my information and order in, the personal customer relations person (mine was Olivia!) is a fantastic added touch for those new to the program to make sure every step is completed so there is a seamless transition to get your medication! I wish I could give them 5 stars but in my case I can not do that.
I ordered on August 8th and I email them on the 17th asking why it had been sitting at the pharmacy for so long. They said they were backed up and they could not refund my money. So I ordered from good rx and picked up my meds at the pharmacy the same day.
But really upsets me is that it shipped out on the 16th from California, I live in Nevada, so when I was able to track it, it went from California to Texas and then to Kentucky and back to California, then to Nevada, and it showed up to my house on the 19th with all ice melted and the medication was very warm.

Easy experience. Fast delivery ! Solid prices and works great

Update Final- 9/3: 1st injection. Happy with Compound effectiveness with Food noise ( it was worth waiting for more effective then Hallandale through Refills; although Refills ships fast). I’m staying put with Gimme🫶🏽 for now.
Update #3 -9/2
The med arrived this morning from Borders New Drug Store, Compounding Pharmacy. It was still cold. 3 ice packs were melted but still cold. It was 2 day UPS. The vial had an interesting blue sticky cover on it. I took pictures for Reddit, the vial wasn’t half full but it’s slightly larger than some- I’m hopeful it’s enough for 4 weeks of medication at max dose but unsure. I’m pausing my subscription until 1. I try the medications effectiveness ( not all Compounds respond the same) & 2. I dose weekly and see that it’s enough medication.

I’m looking forward to trying this med & hope it will be my new regular place. I will attempt to keep my review transparent & updated. I will add that Gimme customer service was responsive. Also the Pharmacy updated me they were out of stock last week but said it should not take too long because they have large customer base and that my order was one amongst others waiting for the larger dose vial. I appreciated the transparency.

Update #2-8/25
It’s been 2 weeks. No medication, no tracking other then sent to Boudreaux's Pharmacy. I honestly think they don’t really have the medication available right now but still charged my card unfortunately. So it’s not real customer service if it’s no service at all.

New customer here for Trizipetide ( glp1) & I had a positive & responsive customer service experience. Not new on this rodeo & actual customer service response quickly is special. Only reason it’s not 5 stars ⭐️ has nothing to do with Customer care it’s been a wait ( my friend ordered the same medicine, dose, and same day & time and recieved hers from Refills last Friday ( 2 days later) it’s Wednesday 5 days later and I’m still waiting. But it was also in fairness a 2 days later pause by accident on my end that Customer care quickly resolved ( I tried pushing next shipment out since it seemed too soon less then 4 weeks & I hadn’t tried the medicine yet; that somehow went to this current shipment not next month) . I also was able to contact the Pharmacy thanks to customer care. Lastly, on Reddit many folks are happy with the medicine and Gimme in general despite it being slightly longer than other competitors, and Refills is not known for Customer care support: so with it and especially the price ( I was charged $199 for max dose). Thats slightly higher than my best friend who paid $179 for on sale link Refills but still competitive. Excited also to trying this other Pharmacy to see how my body responds.

I'm just 4 weeks in and already 8 pounds down. I contacted the provider a lot when i received the medication because i thought the dosage was off but i was incorrect. He responded to all of my questions quickly. So far this has been a great experience.

Gimme has been such a great company to work with. I have never had an issues until this past shipment and it ended up not being an issue at all. Mary handle the first question and forwarded to Juan who followed up the next 2 days to let me know what happened and gave me a tracking number. Such a simple and easy process.

This place is a total SCAM stay away from this Con Artist, they take your money never deliver the medication and wont answer any emails and just still your money, this place is a SCAM.

Juan and his colleagues were very attentive to my issue and stayed on the case. I received my package this afternoon and took my 1st dose. In life things don’t always go as planned but with the right help….😊I can smile again

A few questions, lots of information and good Q&A. Easy to order, my first experience with a compounded version of semaglutide and the ability to just order one month was great so I can see how it works for me. I haven’t received the product yet but I’m hopeful based on the ease in ordering and good customer service I’ve experienced this far.
