I had a great experience with Gimme Care’s customer service. The representative, Juan, was quick to address my issue, clearly explained and confirmed the solution, and then went the extra step of sending a follow-up email to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the communication and follow-through. Excellent customer service from start to finish — definitely 5/5 stars!

Easy process, easy app to track everything has been going fantastic

The online process was seamless and informative. I received immediate responses regarding my order. Very pleased.

They were very quick and easy, very responsive to my needs. I heard from a doctor within a day.

I started out with Mystart. They were pretty good but costly. I decided to go with a different co. Did my research and decided to go with Embody...that was a mistake. They did nothing but give me the run around. I had paid for something that they wouldn't approve, so I ended up falling behind for a month and a half. I finally got my money back and came here with no issues. Also added bonus is it's less expensive and the care team responds quickly.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
Their shipment takes so long to get delivered. They only put one ice pack and by the time it gets to you the ice pack turns into a heat pack. The vials that come with it are already degraded and compromised because of the temperature. They don’t do refunds or replacement either therefore you’re paying for low quality medication. There’s other companies out there that provide with same medication with overnight shipping. This is not it for me. Learned my lesson and will not be trusting this company ever again.

Olivia was great! She was so professional and helpful and reached out to me to get my process going. This interaction with her made my experience start off strong!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Chat is not chat, you just a leave a message and maybe someone replies via email a day or two later. The reply appears to be AI because it does not address the chat question at all. No way to respond or reach a live body. First order took over two weeks. It sat in UPS warehouse for three day and arrived warm, 85 degrees. No phone number. Run away from this company.

This is my first time purchasing with Gimme I haven’t received my prescription just yet because I ordered last night but the communication is top tier ! I’m super excited for the new journey I’m about to start ! Thank you gimme

Misleading information, support not responsive in time, they approve you within 24-48 hrs as advertised but then they disappear for days to ship your medicine from the pharmacy if they ever due…even though my order was supposed to ship immediately…I am still waiting for mine and tried to cancel the order but with no success. Run away

Customer service is horrible, and shipping takes much longer than with other companies. I was told that my order would be canceled due to the extreme shipping delay. However, two days later, I was informed that the order had shipped and that it was now too late to cancel.
This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had already been told the order would be canceled. Based on my experience, I do not consider this company reliable or trustworthy. I would strongly recommend using another company to avoid the same frustration and disappointment.

Terrible experience, took forever for them to send me my medication and I was going to be late so I had to move on to another company. Ordered 4/6, mailed to me 4/30!!! I asked for a refund as it was now late and they said no. I had my CC cancel payment however since they still mailed it to me I still had to pay. Horrible experience and customer service was terrible.

This company is the worst! Even if they sell the GLP injection a penny, keep your money and don't buy from them. Its not worth the hassle abd headaches. I placed my order on July 4th and guess when I received the order - today August 12th. To make matters worse, there's no ice pack and everything on the package was steaming hot from the heat. I can't imagine another company that could be worse. These people do not care for consumer well being and safety. The pharmacy they use speaks volumes because the pharmacy has a 2 star rating. I will never get anything from Gimmecare and you need to stay far away from them - they could actually be shipping water because I can't imagine they will ship actual med in the condition they had mine.

I’m located in Florida and I had a terrible experience with gimme care i received the medication extremely Hot and reported it right away I didn’t receive a respond till 3 days later and got run around. I told them i didn’t feel comfortable taking it and needed replacement or refund and they told me to just take it that it was fine if it was not cloudy but per FDA even if it looks fine it lost effectiveness i was brushed off and told to contact pharmacy that they don’t contact them for you then sacaracticly was told ok bye that i canceled very poor customer service

Ordered Aug 1 and supposedly sent to the pharmacy right away for a 6mg weekly tirzepatide prescription.
Finally received the order today August 12, but it was not the right dose strength, I received a 3mg weekly dose.
I have notified Gimme via chat with the doctor, which is the only way I get a response in my portal. I also email them and sometimes receive a response. I have notified my credit card company too.

Amazing customer service, especially Olivia. Feels really personal and that they truly care. Loving it so far.
