Ghost products are good and honestly taste great. Their customer service is also quick and helpful whenever there’s an issue.

But I’m over them passing costs onto customers like they’re some tiny startup barely surviving. Paying almost $9 shipping on a $25 order is ridiculous. This company is majority owned by Keurig Dr Pepper… not exactly a struggling mom-and-pop operation.

There are way too many companies offering free shipping now for this to make sense. Small businesses? Sure, I can understand helping cover costs. But Dr Pepper and K-Cups needing me to subsidize shipping? Give me a break.

And on top of that, I didn’t get loyalty points on my last two orders either, so maybe they quietly pulled that too?

In addition if I'm paying for shipping it damn well better come and less than 2 weeks

Best supplement Company I have ever dealt with. Products are absolutely top notch… flavor, packaging, results. Customer service has always matched as well. I’ve contacted them twice, for a shipper issue and an issue I caused, and both times they immediately replied and easily fixed the problem.

I had a subscription and it kept getting pushed back. I was so confused and eventually I emailed to ask why this was happening because it wasn’t clearly defined. Their initial response was AI generated and didn’t not answer and contradicted the actual cause of the product to be pushed back. The company should do a better job informing subscription clients when product is out and causing issues with their orders. (Eventually like today after I asked I got a clarification email). Also the shipping is SO EXPENSIVE and having to split up my order is impactful when it’s 10 everytime you buy something. Would have been nice to have them override that since I wasn’t able to get my full order and will now have to place two when the product becomes available. I really didn’t get any help just clarification they were sold out of an item.

The Ghost Lifestyle support staff are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any issues I’ve ever had.

Fast and helpful customer service

First of all I LOVE the product! I struggle to get enough protein in my diet and haven't found many mixes or supplements I actually enjoy. This is fantastic tasting hot cocoa - would never even think it was "good" for me! I recently had an issue with a shipment being delivered and as soon as I reached out to the support team the addressed my issue quickly!
