AMAZING customer service.
I got a secure the can for the new bubblicious flavor. It came in completely dented and destroyed. (Gotta love UPS) i sent an email to ghost.. and not even an hour later, they got a replacement can processed for me.
I've said it before ill say it again. Ghost is the BEST brand out there. Keep it up legends.

Great product and customer support
I’ve ordered several products from pre workout bcaa and nitric oxide. They all taste great and give intense workouts. I ordered from Amazon and received a punctured unsealed package. Carol from customer support took great care of me with utmost professionalism. A+ job I wish all companies were like this. Long term customer.

They are very nice people, I was drinking one and a bee got in it, I then contacted them about it. And it did take some time to hear back from them, So I thought my message got lost or something. So I got rid of the Bee and all that, And then They finally responded to me Lol but they said they couldn't do too much cuz I couldn't send the bee to them (but they got the pic) But they gave me a coupon.

Refund and order replacement
After a mistake in the shipping process (order got sent to my billing address rather than shipping address, in a different country) Ghost EU got in touch with me last night. They processed a refund for my shipping costs (10€) and placed a replacement order which will get to my, correct, address very soon. It took some time, but they handled the situation very well once they got to it. 23/05
