On Sunday (19th April) I made an order from EU site in the amount of 215,98 euros. Yet I have not received any confirmation and support has not reached out to me after three emails. My credit card has already been charged. Poor service.

Ordered from the eu store - good preworkout. The only issue I had was trying to pay with my credit card which was denied so I had to use another payment.

ordered my 2 cases wensday and got them saturday , fast shipping and got the raspberry cream witch is impossible to find here

My order was shipped my old address. Custom service quicking reshipped my order to my new address. Pain free and just plan awesome. Thank you!

I was sad when I wrote to Ghost Support because I thought one of my favorite products was gone. That didnt last long though - Tony replied not only with the good news that it was still available, but he also shared the link to the new product page where I could order it. Talk about making things easy :)

Carlos was very helpful and patient with me during my situation. The 7-up link wasn’t working, at first we thought it was WiFi that was blocking me from the site & even using mobile date, I still wasn’t able access the site. I am obsessed with their protein powders, really good products. I had a problem with the website (I guess the website wasn’t up to date on what was out of stock) and they got back to me pretty quickly and helped me get my order in.

Emailed Ghost because I was in a hurry to secure a case of the new 7UP flavor and forgot to use the promo code I had. I took a shot in the dark and emailed them to see if it could be added after I already placed my order. Ian emailed me to tell me he applied the code and refunded me. I was not expecting them to honor it at all but they did. Another reason to love Ghost! Customer service is top tier!
