nasty. $3 of gagging. tasted like a 50 cent bar you find in the obese person (weight watchers) isle of the store. the texture was not crunchy but rather totally and completely stale and immediately after opening. there is a strong chemical flavor. I really did try to enjoy it each bite and pretend it was delicious but seriously it tasted like straight chemicals mixed with a hint of chocolate. I want to give it zero stars but it will only allow me to give one

I have been enjoying ghost for years. I came across a defective can and contacted them about it. They got back to me right away and made everything right! Their customer service rocks as well!

Prices are a little high but reasonable. Shipping fee is what sucks but it is what it is. As for customer service they get a 5 out of 5. Had an issue with an order that hadn’t moved in almost 2 weeks so I sent an email to ask what’s up. They replaced the order and even provided me with free shipping and a 30% off code to use.

The help was fast too, literally a couple hours and I had 3-4 emails and a new order being shipped. Haven’t seen the refund of the shipping in my account yet but may take a couple days I’m guessing. Either way they helped, helped fast, and helped exactly like I would if it were me on the other end.

Had a minor issue with a recurring subscription for a product I didn’t realize I was subscribed to. Couldn’t find my Ghost account details, locate any purchase emails, or see any credit card product transactions (have a lot of cards and rotate purchases). I contacted customer service and turns out the email that I thought I had my account linked to wasn’t the right one. Desiree in customer service was able to cancel the subscription in less than an hour with very little information given on my end. Amazing products and an even better customer service!

Had an issue w the mailing address but when I tell you they were soooo quick, they answered my emails super quick and they were extremely helpful. Was truly mind blown at how quickly they resolved my issue. Desiree helped me and was so sweet!

I’ve loved GHOST for years and man do they not disappoint with their products, from energy drinks, to protein powder and their always updating stock of flavors and merch it’s amazing. My personal favorite is the Cocoa Puffs Protein powder and the basis for this review but I also love their creamsicle flavor of energy drink 🥰🥰 I can’t wait to fill my office up full of GHOST Products!

I had an issue with a few purchased cans not having flavoring in them. I sent an email to support and provided them with information regarding the purchase. They responded promptly and adequately addressed the issue while making me whole. Carlos from their customer service support team was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely love everything from this brand it’s the only energy drink to not make me shaky and sick.

I value how responsive the customer support team is. I have been a loyal customer for the last 2 years (I primarily order via Amazon). I have only had one other situation where the team came and helped me out. I was absolutely impressed with them. I didn't like the flavor of one product so I left a review reflecting it. The team reached out to ask if they could get some more feedback and then sent me a new flavor. The second time, the product arrived missing the seals resulting in powder spilling. The team once again asked for more feedback and sent a replacement .

First, product is always top notch. Second, support is second to none. Carlos helped me resolve an issue with delivery and was a total pro.

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. When UPS told me I could not file a claim, they filed the claim for me and sent me a replacement order immediately. Carlos and his team are always understanding and polite in their responses.

Tony helped out big time. I had a product with an off taste and he took care of it with no problem at all.

Had an issue with an in store purchase that got missed which was one in a million and these guys fixed it with no problem with a little bit of help from myself. Solid Company for sure. Received my products after a sale and turned out to be past their Best By date. Reached out to support and in less than 24hrs got a response back. Carlos promptly processed a refund for my full order, including shipping. Although a slight inconvenience, their customer service did right by me and that says a lot about the company.
