I placed an order and forgot to put in the discount code. I sent an email and the immediately sent me a corrected order and refund! This was done all within 20 minutes. Very impressed.

Ghost customer support is top tier! Fastest response time I’ve probably ever had with a company and to top it off, aside from helping with the point questions I had, they went above and beyond to make sure I had no other questions or concerns. Also got a very quick response on product information (not just the ai system but an actual answer to a deeper question). I have used multiple products of theirs over the years and this just solidifies my decision to continue sticking with Ghost!

I was going through the return process of a hoodie that I wound up not needing, but had a hang up. Carlos wound up reaching out via email and helped me get my order return taken care of, explaining that my points would be re-added to my account and got a return label ready for me. Super helpful and I'm already looking at the site to decide what I'm gonna re-spend those points on (eyeing a hoodie or some more protein) Thanks, Carlos!

My shipment got delayed. I received personal and timely attention to the matter from the staff and even received an unexpected refund in shipping.
