Give yourself a chance. This works!

i messed up when ordering, and at 73 i get all flustered and worried. Emma has been AMAZING. Kind, helpful, patient, and made things so i could understand it. we have been carrying on a conversation for a week or more, as she has had to help me step by step, but i have received NOTHING but great results, and i would recommend. if everyone is like Emma, this company will have an excellent history

Fully aware of their inability to deliver the product in the 8-10 day timeframe promised, they continued to lie about delays. After reading other reviews I see that over-promising and under-delivering is part of the Uvlizer culture. It would have been easier all around if they had admitted to a 2-3 week schedule.
Instead, after you place your order you receive multiple promo emails to buy more of what you have not yet received.
Every delay is attributed to production, but how can you have a production delay and an implied overstocked warehouse
sale at the same time?

Best customer service. I needed to return two of the 3 that I ordered and Emma responded within an hour to explain how to return. I will use mine tonight. Can’t wait to have good breathing. Thanks again Emma!

Ordered 2 devices over 2 weeks ago. I got an email next day saying it had been shipped. 2 weeks later still nothing so I emailed them to find out where it is. They said it hadn’t even been shipped yet so the first email with bogus tracking number was a complete lie.

Then the new number says delays due to holiday season. It’s mid February! What holiday season? It’s the quietest month of the year.

They just make up lies and nonsense excuses without even thinking about what they’re saying.

I don’t trust anything about this company now and want a refund.

My sinuses make it very hard for me to breath at night. I bought this light and the Very first night I slept so good because I was able to breathe without a stuffy nose. This Uvilizer Light really works! I am So happy with it. I live in Michigan. We spend our winters in .Florida. I took the light with me because of those no-see-um bugs and they bite. Well sure enough I got bit the first night on my legs. So I began using this Uvilizer light in the bedroom, living room and kitchen three times a week here in Florida. NO MORE BITES!

Support was great. I had a problem with the unit and they replaced it. That is Service...!!!

My partner and I used the Uvlizer for the first time last night after returning home from a Lunar New Year gathering with family and relatives. I immediately noticed that the air in our apartment felt significantly cleaner and fresher, with the musty odor completely eliminated.

I had a concern before using the Uvlizer, as I couldn't easily move my 200-gallon fish aquarium, unlike my two Red-Eared Slider turtles, which I temporarily relocated to the bathtub. To address this, I decided to cover the entire fish tank with a thick bath towel. Thankfully, when we returned home, all the fish and plants were perfectly fine and showed no adverse effects from the Uvlizer.

Overall, this was a fantastic experience with the Uvlizer, and I'm looking forward to using it to sanitize our bathroom and incorporating it into our regular cleaning routine.

I have purchased 6 Uvlizer units so far . I love the way my house smells when I get home from work . I put one on my bed to work on dust mits and germs . Have had allergies bad they have helped 99% on those. Will be ordering more for every room in the house. I best thing is one remote works at turning on all units at one time.

EXCELLENT QUALITY AND EXTREMELY GREAT SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY! TAKE IT FROM A FORMER NAVY SEAL, IT'S THE RIGHT STUFF! THANK YOU AGAIN"UVILIZER LIGHT SYSTEM"! I ordered one. They are sending me two and are charging for two. Tried to get this corrected but they only use an automated AI system and it was pointless.

I’m so disappointed! It’s a temporary fix. Thought I had a 24 hour protection nope 👎 ordered the whole bundle. Well 2 so far bulbs were false. Waste of money for sure. False advertising. When you’re on a fix come this hurts. I have plants and a dog. Guess what they need to be out. So couldn’t use in at least three rooms due to plants. As far as my animals same thing. Should have said before I spent all that money! Beware!

This is my favorite product I have ordered in years. It really does what it says. My spare bathroom has a humidity issue. I had tried bleach, vinager, and commercial mold removers. None of them worked. The UVlizer killed all of the black mold in one 30 minute cycle. I was amazed. There is only a light shadow where the mold was growing.

I ordered these based on the little blurb about cleaning the air. We were all sick at the time. When they arrived I learned they CANNOT be used while one is in the room. They CANNOT be used around PLANTS and PETS. I therefore have to return them and cannot get ahold of the company for return and reimbursement.

I was sent 3 times the order I wanted then told I needed to pay the shipping to send it back. Poorest of poor customer service. They must have a staff of 1 or 2 people because it took a week to 10 days to even hear back with the bad news they delivered. In trying to get additional help Ive run into the same story. phone line is down due to traffic (returns im sure) then asked to email again. I'm ready to pull my hair out over this ongoing hassle. I was excited to try these out but I wont even open the boxes until I know they will make it right.

I bought 3 machines. One of the light bulbs broke, and another machine is malfunctioning. I have communicated with "their emal address" for over 1 month. I'm trying to buy a bulb, their website says communicate with "their emal address", I do via email, and they say I must communicate with "their emal address"! These people are clueless. There is literally no support at this company.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered one uvilizer lamp. The company is trying to send me, and has charged me for two lamps. I used Paypal thinking it would be safer, but the company lied to them and said I ordered the special sale buy two/get one free. I did not make that order. I only ordered one lamp. Instead of having to pay $79.00 Paypal doubled my payment to $159.00 and said I had also signed up for some kind of re-occurring payment. I have not even received my lamp and am already very unhappy, and disappointed with this company

I run a small motel and like most of our industry we have experienced issues with bed bugs.
I have used sprays, dry chemicals and heat as well as commercial treatments with varying degrees of success over the past year and ordered the Utilizer in hopes it was half as effective as advertised
I used the units two hours per day in three rooms for two weeks... At the end of that time there was no indication of bed bugs in the rooms or their furnishing... A much better outcome than I anticipated
I have ordered more units so that I can treat every rome at checkout to stay ahead of future issues
