I ordered 9 Uvilizers to cover every room in my home. I was excited about this product and it did work for the three Sundays that I turned them all on when I left for church. They stopped working and the power light would flash, but they would not come back on, so i got three to five uses, sent pics in to the company, and they finally replaced them. The next batch did the same, except I only got two uses out of them. They did the flashing as the first nine, but would not work. I am in over $1,000 for junk that will not work. These were made to sell, not to use, so let the buyer beware. I wish I had my money back and they would be welcome to these if they sent a return paid label, as I have been out enough money on my pitifully small income. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Buy at your own risk, and be willing to have nothing more than an empty bank account and an expensive gift of your money to strangers that care nothing for us or our welfare.

Make sure the batteries you put into the remotes for the machines work. The two I bought did not function after one use. Had to purchase batteries and they worked.

The only thing wrong with this product is that it does not have a timer!!

Absolute SCAM took forever to arrive, and it was FAULTY!!! This brand-new product didn't even work and after contacting the company multiple times I had no response. Don't waste your time and money!!!

Absolutely fantastic product! Only thing missing are replacement bulbs that could be purchased separately

Hello, before I give you a review I need help. I am trying to get a hold of any customer service or any email you offered to give customers on your website but it will not let me send you an email. I have been asking to return a defective UV light sanitizer tower for weeks now. I ordered 21 works and one does not. I have tried several outlets in my household and several attempts to get it to work. I need to know the process of a return and refund for one of them. How can I do that?. I bout one of your units and it does not work

I bought this machine as a replacement for an earlier machine which did a great job, but unfortunately has suddenly stopped working. Hopefully, this new machine will last longer than just a few months.

Lamp Arrived with Broken bulb. Cannot get support to reply what to do. I just need a bulb!

I bought three after starting prostate cancer, all three failed in days to weeks, I don't have a copy of my original order but i did send one back at my expense for repair. I was denied help for not having the invoice! It smelled good when it worked now I'm out three and they were expensive !
