I love my units, they leave a very clean smell in your house.
Both of my units went bad, probably because of storms. They were still under warranty and the customer service was amazing, I received both new units today.

When I had an issue I reached out and their customer service quickly responded and gave me instructions on how to trouble shoot. When that did not work, it was quickly remedied by replacing my equipment. Best customer service experience ever! Love this company and their product!

They made returning the product easy. I reacted poorly to the smell that they mention it will do, made me very nauseous. I reached out about returning the product and they were very friendly and helpful. I'm sure this us a good product, if you can get past the smell thatbit creates.

My uvlizer worked only once. I emailed their support but they gave me the run around, asking me to make a video of me trouble shooting it myself. I followed their instructions and sent them the video and they replied by stating they were not able to play the video?!
Beware of this company.

I bought a Utilizer and it works fine and will even run bugs off. I recommend you be very careful about the ozone it creates. Ozone can be dangerous in a non-ventilated room......

Always remember you get what you pay for.
Wanted to try a Clairu Air Purifier we had looked on line and thought these would be a good purchase.
Found a great deal on the UVLIIZER website, took advantage of this and purchased 4 units.
Took 15 days to arrive, not really an issue just seemed a bit slow nowadays.
Unboxed items and they look like a generic make, unlike pictures on their website clearly showing the Clairu brand name on the front of the units, no name showing.
Packaging actually states: Anion Purifier.
Their own advertising states, beware of cheap copies buy Clairu from us?
Have raised this with Uvlizer but as of yet no response.
Please be careful what you purchase from this site.

I bought 3 Uvlizer sanitation lights, use in each bedroom and sometimes rotate in bathroom & kitchen. I love them and would not be without them. I have chronic respiratory issues and these are life savers for me. One stopped working, I just ordered another to replace it. Nothing works forever. I am now in the market for another and will ordered it at this vendor because i know they are good for it. I cannot put my pic on here because I do not have a Smartphone.

I bought the Uvlizer and had a problem with it after a couple of months. I emailed the company, and they said to try different things. It still didn't work properly. When I emailed them again, they said it is no longer under guarantee, but we will give you a discount on another.
I would not advise anyone to use this company, very disappointed.

Since posting the review, they kindly sent me another, which I received yesterday. Thank you, 👍 appreciated. I'm hoping no problems with the new one.

UV lights are the bomb! If you have trouble with Mold or if you have trouble with bacteria, this is your instrument to buy! I’ve used it for a while and actually even put it in my return duct in my air conditioning and it works wonders. just never look at them because they’re blind you. The one I have has a timer on it with a remote control, so I can set it and walk away.

Actually killed the dust mites! No more waking to sneezing and running nose. Makes rooms smell fresh. No more buying expensive filters for products that don't really clean the air! UVLIZER ROCKS!!!

The Uvlizer works so well, and the rooms have such a fresh smell. The sneezing attacks have really gone down to a few a week when they were every day. The Company promised good results and they delivered. I am having an issue with one light but the company is working to fix it. I also got my neighbors to buy one and they are happy with the results. The Uvlizer does an excellent job of making the air in my house feel clean. I've noticed less sinus congestion, since I've been using it. However, after about eight months it stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent a new unit right away. Fantastic customer service! Let's hope this unit last much longer.

We bought the UV towers and I have to tell you after using them. It’s amazing how fresh your room will smell and it definitely gets rid of any bacteria or anything in the home. I have given one to each of my daughters and they have used them and they think that they are the best thing in the world. The one daughter has a two year-old and put it in her room to make sure that all bacteria and things are Killed. They absolutely love it. So I would highly recommend this product to anybody out there that’s thinking about getting them . I would tell you purchase them they’re worth the value.

i bought 2 uvlizer in july 2024 n it,s not working so i called n it guide in to where i got to put debit card or credit card no. to talkto tech. n charge me doller that is refundable so i did next thing i know my bank called me that i got 4 place same charge 46.00 doller n now i try to go in again now it show that they will charge me 5.00 doller to talk to tech. it seems like same thing again that i am gonna get messed up again so i don't recommend this co. you got a problem with product you bought from this co. there is no solutionn and even thou 1year warranty still on anyway you just can't talk to anyone you just have talk to automated chat

Came quick, used several times in seversl rooms of our south FL home. Smells like ozone, seems to work. Then my husband seemed to get Norovirus, he was very sick. I sanitized every doorknob, lightswitch, etc. Then used the light in every room. I did not get it. Nearly a miracle.

Wonderful the best buy ever allergic to most everything environmental. Air smells clean after each treatment.

I needed replacement bulbs and the customer service department did everything they could to get them to me. Very happy!!

My experience with this company has been better than expected in today’s world of lax service. The delivery was as promised. The product is amazing. After running a cycle in a room, it smells and feels different. I have not experienced any sickness since I began using the Uvlizer. I bought three units. After a few uses, one of the bulbs broke. The company immediately replaced the bulb. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. You will never be able to contact them!!

I ordered 5 of these lamps and received them in good time. However, one unit didn't work, so I contacted customer service. After sending them a video of exactly what was happening, Emma arranged for a new bulb to be sent. A few days later I received a whole new unit. Outstanding service. Thanks again, Emma!
