Penfold made it easy for me to receive my pension. they have very strict protocol regarding I'd/ documents ect which is a good thing they were alwsys polite and helpful. I would especially heap.prsise on 1 individual who helped me more than anyone from.penfold .Her name was Anelle .Very polite and proffesinal.all the way through the process .Penfold well done grest job.
