This company really is a poor example of New Pension companies
The Transfer Department of Penfold are woefully bad. My experiences with attempting to achieve a Pension Sharing Order, issued by the Court, has been a terrible experience, met with amateur customer service. Penfold operates by giving the least/no information to delay and detract. This company really is a poor example of the New Pension companies - steer clear.

Transfer bonus
Transfer completed successfully.
Had to spend time checking what had happened to the bonus I was eligible for.
It has now been clarified but the communication of the offer was poor and did not specify that it would be paid in stages over 2 years. Nor did it specify that tax relief was already included in the amounts.

Great support. Easy platform. Good growth!
I started using Penfold as a sole trader as they were one of the few platforms that would allow me to pay in ad hoc and not a minimum per month. That saved me with rollercoaster income! My money has also been growing way above the average annual growth figures so I'm thrilled. The support team are great and friendly- i moved another pension across and they did all the leg work. I'm now employed but will continue to use Penfold for an additional pension pot. V happy customer
