The custom sign I ordered looks so awesome! I completed a custom sign request describing what I wanted, including one of the fonts already offered, size of the sign (after using their online tool to estimate how big the text would be), color, and the description of an image I wanted them to draw up and how to arrange it with the text. They emailed me a great first draft in less than 24 hours, then I asked for a modification which they did within a few hours, then I approved it and said go. They sent a confirmation and I received the sign one week later. I had to pay the expedited shipping charge because I needed it in less than two weeks and didn't want to risk it. It was well packed with everything to make it work. I did have to pay for it before I could submit my design request which could make you nervous, but this is my second sign I've had them make and they have earned my trust. They also added a very reasonable additional cost for the graphic portion because I only paid for the text part to get the order submitted. Note that they appear to work in late afternoon and evenings (based on my local pacific time), so that's when you will most likely get emails from them. Give them a try. Their signs are so unique and cool! You will love it!

Sign looks great. It was received quicker than expected. Works great.

This was the BEST experience on in all aspects. EXCELLENT customer support & communication! A FANTASTIC beautiful product and VERY timely! I love it!! I'll be back!! Thank you all so much!! ~AnnaRockstar

No where does it say the sign is 100% plastic and LED. Yes, it is bright enough, but the plastic backing bleeds and glows with the all plastic cheap fixture. Not as represented.

Love our sign! Company was communicative and we received it quickly!

The signed turned out perfect! I love the size of the sign, light dimmer and lettering!! Great craftsmanship!!

Quick turnaround, good product and open to feedback / edits. Would definitely recommend.

Laura and the team at Get Custom Neon Signs were amazingly helpful from the day we inquired and even a year later, with any questions or issues than came up. The sign itself has become a great photo opportunity for people walking along Bostons Freedom Trail, and we have been tagged in hundreds of social media posts because of it. We are planning to buy an additional sign now and wouldn’t dream of using another company.

Sign looks great and was shipped really fast.

Company was great to work with. Sign is awesome, we are very happy with it, so happy we are ordering a second one.

Shipping was fast, the preview they showed was great and our final product looks amazing!

Just like as described on picture while creating it. This was my second one from
Them and I love it! Thank you
