Getcustomneonsigns Recenzje

It's a good sign and looks exactly like the prototype I made online. The price was reasonable. Also, it's very hard to break this sign as it's not glass.

At first I was a little worried bc I couldn’t find a phone number to communicate with the company, but every email question I sent (and I sent A LOT of them) was answered super quickly (less than 24 hours). They were able to combine two fonts into one design. Very pleased with my purchase- though keep in mind the dark blue is much lighter than it appears when you select it from the dropdown for a custom design. (Look at the finished samples for a better idea of the color.)

We re-ordered a smaller, identical sign to one we purchased from them a few years ago. Very painless ordering and quality product! Our sign from 2023 is still standing strong.

Beautiful sign that was exactly what I wanted! They made sure that it got to me on time for an event, and were so communicative. High quality work with wonderful, quick communication. Can't ask for more!

The design team was so patient with me! I changed the color, font, and size many times and they would redesign and send to me very quickly. Once I approved the design, creation and shipment were very quick. The sign delivered with wonderful shipment and packaging. The quality of my neon sign is amazing and I love it so much!

I am extremely satisfied with my custom neon light! It is exceptional, and looks exactly like I thought it would!
Thank you so much!

I had consulted in many different companies. Custom meet on signs was extremely responsive. They sent me a sample picture. It came in about two weeks. Exactly how I wanted it. We had some back-and-forth discussions through email. They were very responsive and quick to give a lot of information. I felt very comfortable going with this company and I was definitely not disappointed. I can’t wait to see my up and working for the project that I have. Really happy that I went with this company.

I have purchased a sign here before and get compliments on it all of the time. I decided it is time to transition from a 2D painted sign to an eye catching neon sign for the front of my restaurant. I was able to get exactly what I wanted for a good price. During the process, they were very prompt answering my questions and went above to ensure I was happy - Even with the issue of Donald Trump's import tax on American citizens, this was a great purchase for me.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company and strongly recommend that others proceed with caution.

The company clearly advertises their custom neon signs as “cordless.” However, when I received my order, the sign was not cordless at all and still required a cord to function. This was extremely misleading and not what was advertised on their website.

To make matters worse, after already paying for shipping, I was hit with an additional surprise tariff shipping fee that was never disclosed during the purchase process. There was absolutely no transparency about this extra charge, which feels very deceptive.

When I contacted customer support to address these issues, I was given runaround responses with no clear answers or solutions. After explaining that the product I received was not what was advertised, I requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they offered me only a 10% refund, which is unacceptable considering the product does not match their advertising.

Between the false “cordless” advertising, hidden fees, and poor customer service, this experience has been extremely frustrating.

I am very unhappy with how this situation was handled and do not recommend doing business with this company.

Extremely easy to work with . My sign had to made in a larger size which I was not charged for :). I wasn’t sure what to expect but once I took the sign out the box I was overly satisfied. Rapid responses and punctual delivery.
Thank you!

Arrived fast and looks great.

Really awesome custom sign, I love it. Pricing is very fair and they were quick to respond as well as quick to ship. They were able to make exactly what I had sent them. They sell both battery operated and plug in signs though so be careful which you choose if you need a particular type.

Turned out exactly as I expected!! I also received the item faster than anticipated! Thank you! I would definitely order again!

I'VE HAD MY SIGN FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS (?) AND IT STOPPED WORKING. I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY QUICKLY TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED...A NEW ADAPTER. GOT IT AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY!!!!! I LOVE THIS SIGN!!!

Eye catching and good size. Highly recommend!

It’s beautiful! Our sign turned out even better than we had hoped. They matched my logo perfectly. Great quality, from the packaging to the extra accessories and the construction of our sign.
And you got it here before Christmas. Thank you so much!

My sign looks even better than I had hoped. I love the color and the size and the design. My shipment came so quickly.! I would definitely order from this company again!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as I wanted a specific design for a gift. I submitted the idea and the proof looked to be exactly what I was looking for, but I was still cautiously optimistic about the actual sign. When it was received, which was only a couple weeks later, it was perfect! I can’t wait to give it to my son this Christmas! I would definitely recommend working with Getcustomneonsigns.com on your next idea!

Neon sign came way quicker then anticipated and works good.

Sign came out great. I wish it included ideas on how to hide some of the cords
