I'm in love with this cover! WOW! The designer did a fantastic job. The initial cover was 99% of the way there, and they worked with me on the final adjustments to get it 100% of the way there. It's PERFECT! I also ran it through Pangram and another AI detector just to be safe, and it's 100% human-made. I'll be using them again and again.

I was really pleased with the book cover, it was exactly how I envisaged it. They listened carefully to my requests and were attentive and patient when I initially forgot to ask them to add a tagline. They added it as requested. It's the second book cover I have had designed by them and I will be returning to them for a third, very soon.

This is my go-to cover design outfit. You do need to know your own genre reader's expectations and give them specific instructions, because genre expectations are so important to what someone expects from the inside of a book. But if you come to them with the genre expectations in hand, GetCovers is aesthetically brilliant and easy to work with. I have worked with them to design book covers in several different genres with excellent results.

A prompt and professional experience

I was assigned to Marta for a series continuation, I gave her the first book cover and a brief of what I wanted in detail, as this is a Gothic story, and I knew what I did not want to have on the cover. She did exactly what I needed and delivered an onbrand cover quickly. I'm pleased.

The team was professional and delivered the covers faster than any designer I have ever worked with.

GetCovers did a great job on my e-book cover. My Coach requested several revisions, and they handled each one quickly and kindly. I will use them again.

I am delighted with the final result! My designer was friendly, patient, and responsive throughout the process. This was my first time with GetCovers, and I am sharing my two “lessons learned” here. My initial request included a copy of my existing homemade cover and two other covers I liked. I requested a cover similar to my existing one but more professional, like the other two. Unfortunately, GetCover’s first draft was not ideal for two reasons. (1) The selected background was a tropical beach, not a California beach. Still, I tried working with it, but eventually, I asked for a redesign. There was an additional redesign fee (I don’t know if there would have been if I had initially requested a different background vs. trying to make it work). Still, the extra fee was well worth it. The second background was perfect! (2) Also, GetCover’s first draft images that were added to the background did not look like the characters or items described in the book. After searching for images myself on Shutterstock and Deposit Photos and sharing those image links with GetCovers, they did a great job of integrating everything. When I need a future book cover, I will use GetCovers again, but I will do my homework first to pull together the stock images I want included. Plus, I actually enjoyed searching for the images myself!

I had a very positive experience working with GetCovers. They turned around my initial order quickly and were equally responsive when I requested revisions.

What I especially appreciated was their willingness to work with me through multiple revisions and, in several cases, provide different options for specific design elements so I could choose the direction I preferred. The revisions were completed quickly, and communication throughout the process was clear, including what could and could not be done within the package I had purchased.

For the price, I think GetCovers provided terrific value. I ended up with a cover I’m very happy with and felt they made a real effort to get the details right. I would definitely consider using them again for future projects.
