Communication was really excellent and very responsive.
The quality of the book covers are excellent, although I would say that I would advise the buyer - if the book is not a fiction book (where they do excel) - have a clear idea of what they want to see on their book cover, and if you're not happy with the output, don't be afraid to keep asking till you achieve the cover you want. This is where I found the communication to be so good. I would state what I didn't want or like, I'd would also make requests as to what I was looking for, and their reply was sent very quickly, and always supportive, understanding and responsive.
And finally, GetCovers' prices are hard to beat. I highly recommend GetCovers' services.
