The company got back to me on my complaint and I am waiting to see how it is handled.

Font too small, hard to see if it is recording

The instructions are obviously poorly translated from Chinese. Much of the "Help" instructions are unintelligible. The App installs WiFi, but it won't connect to my internet. And it took me to something that asked for my credit card information. Uh...no. Some ads came up, and I had to open them to close them. Uh...no again. I tried to cancel my order when I heard nothing after more than a month, but I was then told I couldn't cancel, because the warehouse had packed them, or some malarkey.

I received a response immediately. Hopefully, my problem will be resolved.

I had difficulty downloading the App and could not successfully connect the cameras so rang support and was emailed alternative ways to complete the task but after some hours of trying the cameras kept dropping off the connection, after ringing support again we determined it was not suitable for my desired installation so a refund was offered. Although I was unsuccessful with the product the support with a refund offered was a good outcome.

I fully charged the camera's.. They would not connect. They kept shutting off. When I tried to turn them back on, they wouldn't. I tried others and had the same problem. The app wouldn't allow me to function in it. It kept disconnecting.

Da ich die Lieferung nicht angenommen habe sind jetzt die nicht bestellten Übersetzungskopfhörer und das Geld weg.

Item not as described, something you could buy on a market stall. No interaction. A toy that would be discarded. Only interaction is the on/off switch.

Easy but did not really like all the extra offers popping up.

I received two epicoolers in January but found them totally ineffective for cooling two small rooms being bedrooms.

I immediately requested to cancel my order and was denied. Totally unacceptable. It was within 3 minutes. I also asked repeatedly if this was made in CHINA with no response.
Since receiving the order, both cameras do not even work correctly. They are a total WASTE OF MONEY! Stay away!

Scam, took my money and never shipped. They said the mini cameras were shipped but couldn't give me a tracking number. At that point like 10 days I told them to refund my money. They said they would but I put a dispute in with my credit card. My money was returned to me not sure if it was sent or if the card just took it back.

My hubby suggested this to me. I have ordered all items and feelings really good about my purchase.

CamTrix is what I’m talking about. I'm really embarrassed. How did I fall. I was sure I had all the experience in the world. How did I not check before I ordered. Brainwashing in YouTube ads. I just watch mostly YouTube. The cameras (if you can really call them cameras) arrived after a month. That's it. The app doesn't exist. And now when I read the reviews I ask myself how this happened to me. By the way, right after I ordered, within minutes I contacted "customer service" to make a minor change (I saw that the bill came out $10 more than it should have) and I received an automatic email back that the product was already in the package and they would make an effort to see what could be done blah blah blah blah. That's when I realized that I had probably been scammed. I hate scammers.F….

It wasn't transparent that the transaction was in USD and it made the product too expensive in AUS.

I have only just made contact with customer service so cannot truly rate them at this point. They responded immediately to my email and I will await the outcome.
