Securing a refund
I contacted Getcamtrix when I had an issue with a company moving significant funds from my bank account for a purchase which I hadn't formally completed. Getcamtrix responded within a few minutes to my rather distraught email and were able to secure a full refund for me. I was extremely relieved and grateful.

This is the second time I am leaving comments so not sure why I am being asked a second time to explain the situation. Basically I have tested and found the mold remover not effective at all in removing any mold from my bathroom shower.

I purchased what I thought was to…
I purchased what I thought was to sleep(zee anti snoring mouthpieces. Four arrived and I was charged $152.15 AUD then again I was charged $68.55 AUD. I did not order four of these but only two. Cost is far too high. We have tried to use one of the products, however, they don't work. We demand a refund and an address to return these please.

Dishonest and manipulative
I found the whole interaction dishonest. Advertised prices in US dollars but not clear on site. No final invoice before billing cc. Then refused cancellation within 4 minutes of billing my card. Reassured me of 30 day return arrangement. then refused to take the product back. And most of the email responses seem predetermined, ?AI.

Cameras Not 5G compatible
I didn't see the notice that these cameras will not operate on my 5G wifi platform. It also took nearly 2 months for the cameras to arrive. After changing to 2.4 G, it still took an extraordinary amount of time to connect one camera. After connecting it, it shows that the battery is almost dead. I specifically remember one of the advantage listed as a month long battery life. No option was provided for cords, cables or power plugs for USB-micro that are needed. That's a lot of extra expense and time to obtain. The camera angle is approximately 40°, so I would need multiple extra cameras to cover my desired viewing areas.
