Hi, I contacted Generator Guru after watching a couple of their YouTube videos - which I found very helpful. I was repairing a generator with suspected winding faults. After changing the capacitor I was still having issues, I sent my readings / test results etc to Generator Guru - who quickly replied with expert advice. Faulty compression relief arm
Generator would not start due to sticking compression relief arm. They got back same day with all the advice needed to rebuild generator and set lash on valves. Thanks

Hi to all out there needing advise or video tuition this was my first time using Generator Guru and to be honest didn't really expect them to answer my enquiry, but they did and very quickly indeed Joe sent me an e-mail the following day with a solution to my wiring problem. Excellent company and staff.
Ordered a capacitor recently and as always not been disappointed, I have been using Generator Guru for a good few years now and find them highly knowledgeable and helpful and usually able to provide parts I have required.
I am certainly missing the access to their telephone help service as I find my query can be dealt with much more easily than through the website. They certainly live up to their name.
