Parts were easy to identify and order. I didn't realize the company was located in the UK so was a little apprehensive I would get my order anytime soon to the US.. I paid the extra shipping and boy did it pay off ! Recieved package in 3 busines days. Almost as fast as Amazon. Parts were packed perfectly and were the exact parts I ordered. Thank You !

I didn't order any parts, but Joe helped me trace the problem why my generator was not starting. When it comes to ordering replacement parts, I am definitely going to call Generator Guru.

Not sure if my part was ordered, no order number or receipt. No one to call. I hate to double order a $200 part. Their cc payment system is different, I've never heard of Stripe.

Excellent all the way around. Parts ordered was a perfect match to what I needed. The website was extremely easy to navigate and order from. I could not locate any of the parts I needed from the United States and was surprised that they shipped so fast from overseas. I will definitely buy future repair parts again from Generator Guru. 5 stars

I am a mechanic & engineer and I do order spare parts frequently. Usually within Germany, but this time I could get the part, a filter housing for the motor of my flail mower, only from Generator Guru in the UK.
I was hesitant at first, as they stated long delivery times for international shipments - and in case of problems I kind of expected to loose my money.
Price including shipment was pretty much ok, though.
The delivery was unexpectedly fast - but it was the wrong part…
I was mad and the same evening I filed a complaint via their return system.
What happened then made me very happy!
Joe Solomon, Generator Guru`s Chief Engineer, answered via Email the very next day. He apologized and organized an expedited shipment of the correct part.
It arrived a couple of days later and was exactly what I wanted.
I only can recommend Generator Guru to anyone looking for a reliable and very customer oriented company.

They substituted the capacitor I ordered with a different size rating without informing me. When I inquired they said it's close enough. Well it's not close enough because the tolerance of this capacitor is not within the specs of what I ordered. If I wanted that size I would have ordered that size. I should have been given the courtesy of being able to cancel the order if they could not supply me with what I ordered. I was told I can send it back at my expense for a refund. The cost to send it back from the US makes their offer unacceptable. They sent something I did not order.

I have used Generator Guru twice recently, and I found their service to be excellent. The quality of the parts they supplied was good and delivery time was surprisingly quick.

I was so impressed with Generator Guru’s whole operation, there web site is fantastic and asking if I require gaskets and fuel line when I ordered a carburettor was so helpful, the parts came quick and when they said they would, can’t fault you at all, I’ve been repairing engines big and small for 30 years and I’ve not come across many as efficient as there’s , there are a lot of companies out there that could learn from them

I was very happy with my recent purchase of a rebuild kit for my Ryobi generator the team from Generator gurus dispatched my order from the UK to my remote location in Australia within 2 weeks I had my order thanks Generator gurus I will be a return customer.

I know shipping is free, I don't know where it coming from cause I can not find a phone number to call you and that really is not good business!! and this is the only way I have found to get to you, and that is not good for business as well!!. I need my part, and yes I know you said it could be up to 12 days, nothing takes that long, but then I don't know where are, also not good for business.. I need my little part like yesterday, and please don't till I could have paid to have ship knowing it would closed as much as the part.
