We absolutely love getting our monthly box. Extremely happy that they include mini replicas and potions. The boxes that they use to include the items are super cute, and can be reuse for decorations. Love all of the teas that come in the box.

We haven't had any major issues with customer service. They are fairly quick to assist you.

The only negative things would be that we don't get a tracking number, since we are in the USA the box normally arrives with the first 2 weeks of the following month. Sometimes items are broken or missing. But sending they an email them and they will address the issue.

Will reccomend to family and friends.

Their wizardry box is one of the best Harry Potter boxes out there! They have some really unique items and everything is in great quality. Their customers service is very good and they usually reply with 24h.
Don't know what else to say except that they are really great and you get your moneys worth with their boxes!

I've ordered Geek Gear Box twice, both for the collab of Geek Gear and Cherry Wallis' boxes, Curation of Magical Curiosities. Both boxes arrived promptly and in great condition. The contents of the boxes were of exquisite quality, and even more imaginative and creative than I imagined! I've never had an issue with recieving or ordering any of my boxes, but I'm sure their customer service is great. Geek Gear's Harry Potter subscription boxes are a definite must have for any fan who wants something different and of great quality!

Geek Gear offers truly exceptional Harry Potter boxes. It's been two years since I subscribed, two years that I receive a box every month and that I regularly order the limited edition boxes. I have sometimes been disappointed with certain items but you can't enjoy everything sometimes so it doesn't really matter. In the end, it's still worth it. Geek Gear offers quality products that are as original as they are essential for Potterheads. And what about their customer service, which is gold. At the slightest problem, I always got a quick response by email and even a product replacement when a vial arrived broken. For me, Geek Gear is one of the best boxes for a Potterhead. Don't hesitate.

I have been subscribed to Geek Gear for about 2 1/2 years and I love it! I especially love the prop replicas they make that I can display on my bookshelves. I also really like the Limited Edition boxes they have been coming out with.

I look forward to each box I receive and although not every item will be to my taste, as everyone is different, I'm sure there are others who appreciate them.

They have changed a lot over the years for the better but the best change is using mainly recyclable materials in their packaging.

This is the first time I ordered from GeekGear and I have loved their products, everything was very protected and well presented. The only problem I found is that I only received an email confirming my payment on the day I placed the order and then I didn't receive any more information until I received the box several weeks later, maybe this would be the only aspect to improve.

This company is honestly the best! ( especially when it comes to harry potter merch!) I always worry about companys and online shopping but I have been buying this box for about 2 years now and there amazing! And everytime I have a issue (which isn't often) they aways answer to me straight away within 24hours! Or even in minutes! There not just a company online they feel like a little shop you go in and you love talking to the regular workers! If that makes sense hehe 🙈🙈 xx

Awesome company! I especially love the products in their limited edition boxes. I live in Canada and my boxes due tend to take a while to arrive but not their fault as they always ship on time. UK to Canada always takes a long time, I order vinyl records from the UK as well and they sometimes take up to two months. So definitely the postal service but the boxes always arrive! :) Very friendly customer service, emails are way better than insta DMs sometimes.
Great subscription box option for wizarding world fans! One of my favourite companies!

Ordered from the online shop not a subscription. Despite ordering on the 9th of December with 48 hour tracked delivery, I got in touch as the order was still processing on the 17th. I was told there had been a back log and delivery can’t be guaranteed by Christmas.
I asked for a refund and was told it wasn’t possible until I’d received my order and returned it, despite my order still in their possession.
I think this is a terrible way to treat a customer. I’m out of pocket for my item and I have to go elsewhere to buy another before Christmas.
Companies like this are disgusting. They should have made me aware at time of order that there was a delay. They continue to advertise despite not being able to fulfill orders for Christmas.

I had ordered a box in November 2019 and it wasn't as advertised and I was unable to get any resolution. The company has recently been taken over and have resolved my previous issues, which I wasn't expecting several months down the line. The customer service is much improved.

I am quite disappointed. I've had previous subscription boxes and was pretty happy with them. I'd had to cancel my subscription as I am disabled couldn't afford it. It seems there has been a change in the way that they do things and I feel like their customer service is just terrible. I had been trying to buy a Mystery Past Wizardry box and was having issues with the website. So I messaged and was notified when the issue had been changed. Went on paid for the item and looked forward to receiving it. The box arrived and was a subscription box rather than the past box I had paid for. I messaged to let them know as I didn't know if there had been an issue with the website again. I was pretty much given a passive aggressive email back. Basically saying it was my issue not theirs. As I am disabled I always get my mother to check things before I do them. I definitely paid for a mystery box. Im just shocked by there lack of care or good customer service. I was told again in a passive aggressive manner that if I wanted a refund I'd need to send back the box unopened and would have to pay for the postage. How could i know it was the wrong box if i hadn't opened it and as stated I don't have much money. This was a luxury item for my birthday. Just quite upset by the whole thing and don't think I'll be buying from Geekgear again.

Best Harry Potter subscription by far.
I've been subscribing for almost two years and I've yet to be disappointed by a box.
This subscription is an absolute must for all Potterheads.
The normal subscription is amazing as well, however if you're only interested in specific fandoms I recommend keeping a close eye on 'hints' for the next month's box.
