Ordered several items from them. When the package arrived, half of what I ordered were missing. Customer service lacked compassion and wanted me to make another purchase so they can send the missing items. Then they stopped responding to any of my emails completely. Avoid at all cost. So now, rather than experience joy, I just feel scammed every time I see the items I did receive.

They owe me for two boxes I sent back three weeks ago. They dont reply to emails and when they do they are defensive and dismissive. Terrible, terrible company and the contents were cheap plastic rubbish. Put me off subscription boxes for life!

How unprofessional - they refuse to replace a broken item they didnt protect, they delete comments on their social media, and then never answer and leave you. As long as they have your money, nothing matters for them. Do NOT order from them

I will not be buying from this company again! I ordered the Cherry Wallis magical curations box with a missing item (which was sold out, they did not state this on their website). They said they would replace the item with two items of my choice. This was 10/12 weeks ago. Still haven’t got my items, I have emailed 8/9 times about this issue. I have had no updates from them and they are either ignoring my emails about missing items or reply with a “oh we shall look into this” or a “sorry about this, they will be sent out for you”. I was subscribed to their bi-monthly special edition box (which I have since cancelled). And I am still waiting for June’s box. I have also had no update about this special edition box. I still have 3 boxes coming from them in total (bi-monthly subscription box, the wizardry wearables non-subscription box and the Professor McGonagall limited edition box). I am not hopeful about getting any of these boxes. I have emailed about them and am awaiting a reply back.

excellent customer service! and great quality products

I ordered a box a few months ago which arrived in good time but with two missing items. I was told I would get two free items as replacement which I had to wait for about two months for (because of Covid 19). Luckily when I received the replacement items I was delighted to find three more items than I was expecting! The quality of all of my items was superb -Thanks GeekGear!!

Absolutely horrible!!

I ordered a geek gear wizardry box in January 2020 and I still havent got it, when I ask for feedback or a refund they reply only to ignore me again. I constantly have to chase replies. I am so disappointed, and actually unfollowed cherry Wallace for reccomending this box on her channel

Their customer support is terrible. I waited nearly two months for my box, which arrived with a missing item. I’ve now spent weeks trying To arrange a replacement and have to constantly chase a reply. I will never buy from Geek Gear again, taking my business over to Litjoy Crate.

I ordered two non-subscription boxes in may (before deadline). I never got any updates, sent multiple e-mails to customer service and gotten no reply, and only when I contacted PayPal to get my money back last week my order status conveniently changed to 'shipping' and 'shipped' a few days later. I got my boxes today and I gotta say that THIS IS CHEAP and possibly counterfeit RUBBISH.
**SPOILER ALERT****
the classics box was supposed to have amazing doctor who merch as hinted, but I received a cheaply made banner.. No awesome Daleks, sonic screwdrivers, or anything you might expect really. The remaining contents of this box were cheap crap as well.

As for the wizardry box, it's contents were cheap and made no sense except for the shirt.

I've been a subscriber to the Wizardry Geek Gear box for a year now and have never been disappointed. The detail that goes into every product is amazing and it's great value for money! I live in the UK and have never had any problems with my shipping :) T-shirts are super comfortable and well made. The wands are made of resin (I think) so are nice and weighty. I especially love the mini mugs and potions!

Contents of the box are great, come in dinky little boxes, parcels are shipped with tracking.

No complaints.

If you are a Harry Potter fan like me, you NEED these boxes!! Everything that comes inside is always awesome and unique, it is literally a mystery every month!

Just remember that the boxes ship after the 21st of every month so you are aware of delivery times. They are definitely worth waiting for!

I recommend Geek Gear Box!

I ordered five different boxes from GeekGearBox. I only receive two with one missing an item. I have sent them five e-mails to their support e-mails with no answer. I dmed them on instagram. They didn't answer. I posted on their public page on instagram and facebook and they just deleted the posts. I paid over 200 dollars worth of stuff and did not receive it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will eventually rip you off!

I wish I could give them zero stars! Their customer service is absolutely abysmal! My Luna box arrived missing an item and several items inside were damaged. The items that did arrive intact were cheap garbage and a crappy counterfeit Funko figure. I was promised a replacement for my missing item which I never received. All attempts to inquire about my replacement have been ignored or deleted from the social media pages. Why is it so difficult to respond to your customers? Would it really take more than 10 seconds for you to look into this and reply to one of the dozens of messages I’ve sent? Apparently this company thinks it’s unreasonable of its customers to expect merchandise in exchange for our money.
Avoid this unprofessional, pathetic excuse for a company unless you enjoying throwing your money away and being ignored!

The boxes are fine when you actually receive them and they have everything inside. I’ve had multiple boxes be months late. When February’s box arrived (In April) there was a card inside stating that an item was missing due to some boxes being damaged and the company that made said item was out of business due to COVID-19, which is understandable, and I was entitled to either 2 free items of my choice from their store or 1 T-shirt. I had no problem with this and emailed which items I would like and they emailed back saying that was fine and they would be emailing me when those items were shipped. It is now June 18 and I have not heard a peep. I’ve emailed multiple times and have been ignored. Cancelled my subscription following some truly awful customer service. If they are not able to send me my items due to the circumstances, then an email would have been fine and I would understand but to blatantly ignore me is unacceptable

I have been doing T-Shirts designs for Geek Gear a few years, always a great experience, great team!

Ordered a 3 months subscription, it was ok. Then i ordered a non subscription box and paid for it on Feb 26. They promised to ship mid March. Ended up shipping only in the beginning-almost mid April. I still haven't received anything yet. Its an international shipping but it usually takes about 30 days. Support stopped answering my emails and there is no other way to contact them.

Ordered a best ever past box, came quickly but honestly the things in the box were rubbish. I know it's a mystery and could be any fandom but with a supposed value of over £50 I expected better I wouldn't value the things in there at more than £20. I've honestly never been so disappointed with a mystery box ever. Thank god I have kids who don't care and will make a game out of anything.

I’ve order from them in the past and their products have always been high quality and they are really responsive to their customers too! If I ever have an enquiry or question i shoot over to Instagram and drop them a message and within a few days they are on it, giving me the info I need and always friendly and happy to help. For a small business they have really nailed their customer service side of things.

I subscribe to the Wearable Wizardry box and as someone with a huge Harry Potter t-shirt collection i am always looking to add more tshirts to the collection! great value for money, thanks geekgear no complaints from me
