Password verification

I needed to check the password for one of my accountsq, and customer service was helpful and resolved my problem. Gate is the best, I have been a loyal customer for years.

Once I was directed to Customer Support…

Once I was directed to Customer Support he was able to clear things up with my card info with the experation date was changed. The web site does not allow one to delete the default card data and reinter the information being changed. If you try to add a card it thinks you are duplicating that card and errors out. I now have updated and paid my two fees. Thanks

Gate hasn't failed me yet.

Hi, this is Dr. Eve. I have been a patron of Gate for many years building website and utilizing the many resources they have available for online presence. As a leadership capacity builder, I am also helping other to build their online presence through Gate. The simplicity of it all makes it worth it. The fact that I can call them anytime of the day or night makes them exemplary.

The best value for price, performance and features in the hosting marketplace

We have been using Gate for hosting our Wordpress and corporate websites for several years now, and have found them to be the best value for price, performance and features in the hosting marketplace. They are the value brand of Hostway, running on the same hardware and network infrastructure, maybe with a few less frills, but with everything we want or need.

Easy hosting with exceptional support

We are hosting two websites for nearly 20 years with gate.com and we are very satisfied with their exceptional overall service.
During this period we needed only once serious support (namely a database dump from their backup for a database that we missed) and the support personnel of gate.com responded promptly and provided a satisfactory solution with the help of their Systems Team.

consistently excellent service

I previously used Gate for domain name and website hosting - now only for domain name. Therefore, my experience is somewhat limited, but I have stayed with them because of their consistently excellent service. Nothing critical to add. An excellent experience.

Great customer service!

I have been with Gate.com probably close to 10 years. I have five websites with them. Throughout the years, I made calls for various issues including technical support and even billing. Every time I have called, they have solved my problem with no issue. And, when I do call, I always get a live person (Lord know, I hate machine generated prompts). Their pricing is very competitive with other companies. And their phone support is top notch. I highly recommend Gate.com

I have been a customer of Gate.com for more than 10 years

I have been a customer of Gate.com for more than 10 years and I am very happy with the services. Even though my site is a personal website with travel pictures, this is exactly the type of provider I was looking for. I can't remember the last time the servers were not and if they were I did not notice it. I had to call technical services a couple of times during the more than 10 years for minor problems mainly concerning emails and it was always fixed promptly and to my entire satisfaction. Thank you Gate.com
