The seat cover arrived but I didn’t receive an email from Evri advising date and an estimated time of arrival. I ordered a lawnmower part from a supplier on the same day which was delivered by Royal Mail who sent me an email giving a delivery date and option to change.

We visited the showroom at The Moss End Village. A wide selection of products and very well informed staff.

When we received our product there were a couple of minor issues, a small chip to the table finish and a mark on one of the cushions. Both issues were dealt with quickly and with no quibble.

Delighted with the product, price and service.

Beyond terrible! Whole experience was terrible.

So I paid for a table. Shouldn’t have sold as it took 2.5 weeks to come in. It should have said out of stock.

Delivery was beyond terrible. Staff there are thick! So after I chase my order up yet AGAIN it is arranged in writing/email that it will come tomorrow. Wednesday. I double checked with them today that it’s coming tomorrow as I’d had no confirmation from them and no communication from any courier. They announced it was coming today. I was at work. It was definitely arranged for delivery tomorrow. I sent them a copy of their own email saying Wednesday delivery. Then they said it WAS coming tomorrow. I had to cancel work Wednesday to be home. So now what? Thanks for that. I didn’t have to cancel work did I!!!

I get home from work and find a £270 table on the footpath outside my flat on a huge pallet. What the hell am I going to do with a huge pallet? The dustmen won’t take it. It won’t fit in my car. I’ve a small car and I tried to bash it up. I can’t do it. I’ve no one to help me and I’m female.

So cheers for such a wonderful service. I can’t bring myself to even check it’s not damaged. My expectations aren’t high.

Never before have I been left with something I can’t get rid of. I live in a flat too. I’ve now the lucky owner of a massive wooden pallet. Wonderful. If I’d known this was going to happen I wouldn’t have ordered it. Who would? It’s a 30cm table on a giant pallet for gods sake.

Do not use this company. They sell stuff not in stock. Their delivery service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. There’s no communication about delivery. Anything they say they don’t follow.

Buy elsewhere. The price is no better either. You’ve nothing to gain from buying here. Just stress and inconvenience.

HOW AM I GOING TO GET RID OF A MASSIVE PALLET IVE NO ROOM FOR??????

So today they send an email saying I arranged delivery. Idiots!!! Firstly I have confirmation in an email from them and secondly how would I know who to contact? Anyone out there, use someone else unless you want endless stress and your order dumped on a public footpath on the wrong delivery day! I’ve lost a days wages too as I took a day off work for delivery. Didn’t need to did I as you delivered yesterday!!!

NO APOLOGY JUST FALSE ACCUSATIONS. AVOID. So many OTHER companies sell what I bought. Go elsewhere.

To your response… what are you going to do about it? Give me a discount? I don’t have my phone on me whilst working and I can see no emails from you apart from the ones saying I booked the deliver when it was you. I have proof of this! The bottom line is, you made a sale. You don’t care that you delivered to a footpath on the wrong day and left me a pallet I couldn’t get rid of. As long as you got paid. You can write comments on here but the email you sent me was just accusations that I booked the delivery and tough about the pallet. Companies normally take packaging easy and certainly would leave a £270 table in the street when no one was home!

Cannot rate Garden Trends highly enough, top customer service, and they absolutely GO THE EXTRA MILE!

We purchased an outdoor setting with an expected arrivel date in August, but the shipping was delayed and it meant that the stock would not arrive in time before we moved from our home & out of the country.

The effort on the part of someone ( wish I knew their name) was over and above in trying to source the various components of the setting. Communication on progress was excellent.

In the end there was no full outdoor setting and we were so dissappointed as we loved the setting and wanted it to go with us. Almost at the point of no return for our meeting our moving date , the floor stock was made available to us at a reduced price.

From the phone call and photos emailed to us of the floor stock, the set was delivered to us withn 2 hours!!!
Absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service for which we are ever so grateful, thank you. ( Stephen)

Bought a cushion storage box which went together well. But disappointed that the self adhesive velcro strip around the top, which holds the liner in place, fell off within 2 weeks.
I have wrtitten to the company several times asking for a replacement strip for me to fit but they haven't even had the courtesy to respond.

Delivery was three weeks late and not notified had to contact them to find out when I would receive it and then when it arrived was flat pack which I was not expecting

Paid £1350 for a garden set 16th July - item was listed as IN STOCK and available for MID JULY delivery. Then told it was delayed until w/c 4th August after I had paid. Then told it was actually only being delivered to their warehouse at the end of w/c 4th August. Now being told it can be delivered on Thursday 14th August! 28 days after paying for it.
Really poor service! Shouldn't be taking people's money on misleading sales, shown as in stock ready to be delivered within a week - when the items aren't even in the country.
Hopefully it'll arrive in time for winter?!

I originally ordered some garden furniture which unfortunately went out of stock, but Tom in customer service was absolutely amazing in helping me choose a replacement. He was friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The replacement arrived promptly and looks fantastic in the garden. Excellent company to deal with, great communication, perfect quality products and competitive prices!

Really pleased with the Portofino table and chairs, delivery was a little longer than the 7 to 10 days but was told May and June were their busiest time.

Bought a garden set from them recently. Very easy assembly. Got to us with some scratches, though.

Super service. Easy to order, I was kept updated on the progress of my order and it was delivered on time with no hassle.

Ordered an item that was in stock 5-8 days delivery after a week i hadn't had a confirmation so i called up to find out what was going on was told it was 7-10 days delivery not as advertised and that it was in the warehouse waiting courier. After 9 days i called as i should have been contacted to notify of delivery it had still not been sent ! on 10th day had to call as still no notification was told had not left warehouse so asked for refund... they didn't care must have allot of people getting refunds...took 5 days for refund. Take your money don't deliver.
