From start to finish the purchase was so easy. Website easy to navigate found exactly what I wanted really quickly. Loads of info that helped me to make the right choice. Exceptional value for money. Once ordered I was kept up to date with the progress and when it arrived the packaging was superb. Very solid cardboard to protect my purchase and arrived exactly when they said it would. The worst company I have dealt with, missing items from delivery, to be told they will send items out same day I phoned and I will receive them by Friday, Friday comes no delivery, phoned them and they forgot to send them out, I demanded a refund which was suppose to be done on same day, I also arranged a courier collection with them and guess what they didn’t turn up cause they forgot to contact the courier for a collection
Absolute cowboys! I will never order from here again ,,, you have been warned
Excellent customer service, I had to return an item, they arranged for paid collection and a replacement item straight away. You can’t ask for more than that, very pleased!

I’ve had two separate problems with the Christmas tree I ordered from Garden Trends. The first one arrived in a very battered box and when I opened it the remote was missing and a piece of the greenery had snapped off. I contact customer service and they did collect it and arranged a replacement fairly quickly.
The replacement also arrived and the box was battered again. Even so, it was nowhere near damaged enough for what was missing. Inside there was no plug, no remote, and no stand. It didn't look to have happened during delivery, It looked as if it had been packed without the parts in the first place.
After two tries it became more hassle than it should be. Customer service was quick and polite in arranging the collections, but the overall experience was frustrating and time consuming. I ended up going elsewhere and the tree I ordered arrived in a perfectly packed box with protection for the connecting ends and bottom of the tree. Nothing was missing, nothing damaged and everything worked as it should.

I purchased the Maldives Garden Set after renovating our garden and wanted all the Maldives range to match. It’s been over three weeks since placing my order — no emails, no updates, and no sign of delivery.
When I finally called today, I was told the entire set is out of stock and won’t be available until next year, with no clear delivery date. Yet the payment of £1,600 was taken immediately, and at no point was I informed that the item wasn’t in stock.
To be fair, the lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely and helpful, but the situation is still unacceptable. If something is out of stock, it should clearly say so on the website — not allow customers to pay and wait weeks with no communication.
Really disappointed, especially given the cost and excitement we had for our new garden setup.

Great service in the showroom . The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I tried lots of different seating and asked lots of questions- they knew their products well. Helped me find exactly what I needed for comfort and design. As it was end of season I also managed to get a good deal . Highly recommend and will be back for more bargains.

Awful experience. Ordered a garden set mid June for dispatch mid August. At the end of August we contacted garden trends as we hadn't heard anything. Representative was incredibly rude and made no apologies, even stating it wasn't their fault - effectively, deal with it or cancel your order. We asked to be kept up to date with any further delays and were told it'd arrive to them first week of September. Fast forward another month and many, many phone calls and a few emails and it finally arrived with them at the start of October. Not once were we informed of these delays, noone kept us up to date proactively and we had to continuously make calls week after week of it supposedly being due. Each time the representatives just shirked all responsibility and made no apologies, simply blaming the shipping company.
Delivered from GT to the pallet service 3/10 and we waited again for someone to contact to arrange delivery only to suddenly receive an email 14/10 @ 08:07 saying it'd be there that day 09:00-17:00. Had to ring multiple times to get it moved to a date we could do (17/10) only to wait in that whole day, ring them at 16:55 and find out it wasn't coming due to a loading error!!
Finally received 18/10 and the quality is tatty; there are loads of dings and scrapes to the items which have removed the spray and could not have been caused by the delivery team (as items were bubble wrapped) on delivery so were presumably missed by GT's quality control (if there was any).
Save yourself time and a load of stress by going elsewhere.
I had a problem with 7ft fibre optic colour changing tree arriving in a damaged box and as the pole was damaged too, I couldn't fit 2 parts together. I got an email arranging collection of the faulty tree and a replacement was sent within a couple of days.

We set the tree up a couple of weeks ago. All I can say is WOW! Its beautiful. Definitely recommend

Found a 7ft pre-lit Christmas tree for a really good price compared to other Christmas-related websites. Was skeptical but I needn’t be. Tree was sent out and delivered quickly. The tree itself is great, realistic and works perfectly. Very happy :)

The seat cover arrived but I didn’t receive an email from Evri advising date and an estimated time of arrival. I ordered a lawnmower part from a supplier on the same day which was delivered by Royal Mail who sent me an email giving a delivery date and option to change.

We visited the showroom at The Moss End Village. A wide selection of products and very well informed staff.
When we received our product there were a couple of minor issues, a small chip to the table finish and a mark on one of the cushions. Both issues were dealt with quickly and with no quibble.
Delighted with the product, price and service.

Beyond terrible! Whole experience was terrible.
So I paid for a table. Shouldn’t have sold as it took 2.5 weeks to come in. It should have said out of stock.
Delivery was beyond terrible. Staff there are thick! So after I chase my order up yet AGAIN it is arranged in writing/email that it will come tomorrow. Wednesday. I double checked with them today that it’s coming tomorrow as I’d had no confirmation from them and no communication from any courier. They announced it was coming today. I was at work. It was definitely arranged for delivery tomorrow. I sent them a copy of their own email saying Wednesday delivery. Then they said it WAS coming tomorrow. I had to cancel work Wednesday to be home. So now what? Thanks for that. I didn’t have to cancel work did I!!!
I get home from work and find a £270 table on the footpath outside my flat on a huge pallet. What the hell am I going to do with a huge pallet? The dustmen won’t take it. It won’t fit in my car. I’ve a small car and I tried to bash it up. I can’t do it. I’ve no one to help me and I’m female.
So cheers for such a wonderful service. I can’t bring myself to even check it’s not damaged. My expectations aren’t high.
Never before have I been left with something I can’t get rid of. I live in a flat too. I’ve now the lucky owner of a massive wooden pallet. Wonderful. If I’d known this was going to happen I wouldn’t have ordered it. Who would? It’s a 30cm table on a giant pallet for gods sake.
Do not use this company. They sell stuff not in stock. Their delivery service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. There’s no communication about delivery. Anything they say they don’t follow.
Buy elsewhere. The price is no better either. You’ve nothing to gain from buying here. Just stress and inconvenience.

So today they send an email saying I arranged delivery. Idiots!!! Firstly I have confirmation in an email from them and secondly how would I know who to contact? Anyone out there, use someone else unless you want endless stress and your order dumped on a public footpath on the wrong delivery day! I’ve lost a days wages too as I took a day off work for delivery. Didn’t need to did I as you delivered yesterday!!!
NO APOLOGY JUST FALSE ACCUSATIONS. AVOID. So many OTHER companies sell what I bought. Go elsewhere.
To your response… what are you going to do about it? Give me a discount? I don’t have my phone on me whilst working and I can see no emails from you apart from the ones saying I booked the deliver when it was you. I have proof of this! The bottom line is, you made a sale. You don’t care that you delivered to a footpath on the wrong day and left me a pallet I couldn’t get rid of. As long as you got paid. You can write comments on here but the email you sent me was just accusations that I booked the delivery and tough about the pallet. Companies normally take packaging easy and certainly would leave a £270 table in the street when no one was home!
