Excellent service. Great product.
Excellent service, from start to finish. Great communication when the order was placed and the courier even phoned me to arrange the delivery. The product was extremely well packaged and we are delighted with it.

Disappointed with the delivery guys…
Disappointed with the delivery guys when they turned up , they wouldn’t even take the furniture off the pallet . Everything was ok with the furniture but I thought I would have time to check it first.

Delivery driver wasn’t very helpful, said he couldn’t take the furniture up my drive because of COVID ?? We were outside !

Hello Tony, thank you for your review. Unfortunately because we sometimes use third party couriers we cannot 100% guarantee what they will be able to do on the day of delivery due to COVID restrictions. I do know a lot of delivery companies are giving their drivers different rules to adhere too and some are very strict only allowing delivery to the front of the property and not being allowed to go onto the property in any circumstance . Times are extremely strange at the moment and I apologise for your local depot not being more helpful on the day.

Sadly my delivery did not go to plan
Sadly my delivery did not go to plan. The deliver driver ( who i know isn't part of your company ) left the furniture outside the wrong house !! We then had to contact the delivery company to go and collect it from the wrong house and bring it over our house, the problem was they couldn't get back there the same day meaning our furniture was left in this poor man's driveway overnight. I think he ordered from you as well. I have to say both the delivery company and Andrew who I spoke to at Gardenfurniture were both extremely apologetic but it was a disappointing start to life with my new table and chair set.

Hello Raquel, thank you for leaving your review. Again we would like to pass on our sincere apologises for the delivery error! There were two deliveries sent from us being delivered to your local area. At your local delivering depot unfortunately on the day of the delivery the wrong delivery address was attached to your furniture and it was indeed delivered incorrectly to our other customer. This is an extremely rare occurrence as we label all furniture twice to ensure mistakes like this do not happen. We were as bemused as you were as to how the delivery driver missed three chances of seeing the correct delivery address however mistakes do happen. I am pleased we rectified the situation over the phone. If there is anything else we can help with please do not hesitate to get in touch, and we will help in any way we can.
