Scam never get paid out, i won 300$ never got paid. Okay with someone else i win 538$ never get instead they block you so they don’t have to pay out scam to get your money.

Scam site used to win a little on game vault now if I win a little I want even win what I'm betting after that and the payout on bonuses is ridiculously low when you get a bonus. I don't recommend playing it can't complain about the user who I send money to has always been straight with me though. Just the game it self is a scam only play there if you don't care if you lose your money.

I loved this game at first got payed when I won until august 25 th I was playing and was just kicked off line password changer and my money I was playing with was just gone just like that and was refused a reimbursement lied and said I had played the duration off the money I had on there so that was a lie and I was screwed out of my money all the money I had to my name they are crooks do not send Austin slots any money he will eventually steal

I played this game for a long time with a different host or whatever you call it from Facebook Messenger and whoever runs Austin gaming is using gamevault and no telling what other platforms to scam people I had played with this Austin gaming numerous times but never one and never cashed out and just so happened today it started hitting and as soon as it did it was hitting big and I was being forcefully kicked off so I messaged Austin gaming and told them I wanted to cash out figured I'd cut my losses and take what I had but that didn't happen he told me or her whatever that I was using a mod whatever that is and he quickly blocked me on messenger so I know you can actually win money because I have but since I was playing with Austin gaming it was nothing with a scam so beware of AUSTIN GAMING!

They are quick to take your deposits but when you win they always either short you or straight rob you. Will always find an excuse to not pay you. The last game I won they claimed they can't pay me because it was freeplay credits used. So out of 155 they will pay $15. What bs. I only received 2 freeplay once over 1 week ago and never used free plays. Only spin daily hour spins when i see it and remember to. Those are free to all. but they claimed there were 35 used of freeplays. Those so called freeplays i paid for, even showed them our previous chats. I bought credits to play but the site froze on me while loading some games, so i asked them to transfer my credits to another platform. They said if they did then it was considered freeplay. I said ok because i didnt really understand at the time that it was a trap. I found out when i won alrite. Those supposedly freeplays meant that at anytime if i won. They will only pay 10% of winnings. They dont tell you anything until you win and they dont want to pay you. They make up bs whenever you try to cash out and offer to put into your accounts without even your approval, you really dont have choice either because its already in there and you cant do get them to do as asked. Its either that or lose the game you paid for too. Knowing they just scammed me I had no choice but to follow their scam rules in hopes they will honor their word. But they never do. 3xs already, they shorted me twice then 3rd time just robbed me. Said server consumed all my deposits and winnings. Like what's that mean? Consuming like it's gone.
They also purposely shorted me, paid me like 80, 55 or 31 when i won 120-150. They know that if they leave the rest of your credits in there, eventually will lose all back. When I won their excuse was either they were short withdrew over limit that day or accused me of using freeplays to win so can only pay me 10%. Even thought I deposited $210. Won $155 and they dont care wont honor it.
The documents they showed me are fraudulent. Doesn't even match my screenshot scores. Then at the end after they bully me cause i had no choice, i give in and say ok fine I would rather play my credits away because their not going to pay anyways, then they tell me dear we can't do that you have 0 credits. Yeah because they erased it. I hate them so much. Especially when after all they have done still has nerves to message me with promotions yet they can't honor and pay my winnings. I lost it and cussed them out. I finally blocked them. They purposely send me posts to tease and lure me back to play, everytime i receive one i lose it and cuss them out. Hopefully they get shut down because they are ruining the names of some great games i enjoy playing.

The game is rigged to take your money from you. It doesn't matter what game that you play on their platform they cheat. I watch my account when I hit something and instead of giving you your money they take it. And don't add your winnings if you hit something. They also make the results of a play change so it isn't a hit. I have left money on my account to go back later to play and it is gone. When trying to reach out to the contact through what's up they act stupid and try to lie or make it sound like you don't know what you are talking about. The day's this occurred has been everytime single time I try to play. Who do you report these scammers to?

Black crown casino on Facebook are total scammers. My mom has been playing with them occasionally over a series of a few months and has in total deposited at least 600$. Today she won 300$ playing Game Vault and was told by Black Crown Casino that the "server" told them that she could only redeem 110$. After quite a bit of debating with this site about semantics she was told that they can't give her her money because when they went to redeem her the server conveniently "went down"......now hours later they are still insisting that the server is down and that they cant pay her. I've personally won a substantial amount of money thru Game vault but I definitely DO NOT recommend using this agent to load and redeem funds. Avoid these degenerates at all possible costs.

Mateo Williams has the volitile rate at a point it's so obvious that he is just collecting money and it's upsetting. By far the worse agent I can't even explain. I have made 5 to 20 dollar deposits now adding up to around 700 dollars and no max payouts like normal folks and I need to speak to whomever is in charge of his thievery because it never hits not once you can't play more then the time it takes to watch every hand go down hill. He is a bad person and should not be working in a system designed to make people happy and come back. I can not explain how upset I am and the insane thoughts that crossed my mind to retaliate against someone who is blatantly taking money from folks with no fundamentals and or their situations in mind let alone I'd be surprised if he had a beating heart.

SHADY….one of the worst cheating casino platform to be playing in. Gives no return back to player to ever come up instead systematically designed to have your balance drained to zero at the end. Man yall are so right about the scams so many times I can't remember. I will say I found one person almost 2 who are legit and there's times they cashed me out over 5,7 even 800 dollars. But yes the scams have gotten bad af. I do have screen shots of my wins and cashouts if any one is looking for one.

For the second time, like it says in previous reviews, once they somehow see that you’re account balance is increasing, a window pops up that says someone else is logging into your account from another device. You were being logged out or something like that. So I took a screenshot of that window and a screenshot of my balance, and immediately went to my agent, letting them know the issue and sending them the screenshots as this was happening, so they send me a log record of someone else on the game that I don’t even play just quickly losing money until it was down to zero my deposit and everything. I really enjoy playing these games and have cashed out many times, and it helps me some extra money in my pocket. But how do I know which agents to trust? I shouldn’t think it would happen for a second time.
