This app robbed me for over $300 there is no good wins more like people stealing your money if I was anyone don't be stupid and play they will take u for every dime

Didn't want to give even one star! These crooked behind people pester you all day to deposit to get a bonus. $10+ ...I won and that's when all the bs came into play. Excuse behind excuse and never received payout. Reported them and hopefully no one else is screwed out of their money. They kept saying something about your account is $0. Im like yeah! I bet it is...yall stole my money and made it seem like I played it out. Horrible! Folks...

I lose so much more than I win and it's hard finding a real legit vendor that won't steal your money and do you right. Plus these games really need updates or something because they don't play as they should, I feel somewhat like it's rigged honestly

I used a company named red wine and got screwed by them twice. A friend referred them trying to get FreePlay for herself so when I first signed up, I signed up with $20 and they matched $20. It said that I could cash out with three times my deposit amount so when I won $60 I tried to cash out they come back and said no there was a minimum of 100 which is bullshit but I went back in and I won 100 I tried to cash out well because they matched $20 to make my deposit $40 times three is 120 but the representative told me if I won 115 I could cash out. I was very upset at this point but I got back online and I won 115 I asked to cash out and they gave me every excuse in the book then they blocked me so I was trying to find any way to report them to let people know they were a scam. They were a fraud so I went on Facebook and found the name of the company and their webpage which later turned out to be three different ones and I went in on one of their post and was telling people not to use these people that they were a scam. They would take your money and then not pay you if you won. Had them respond back to me telling me that they didn’t have any idea who that was that didn’t pay me, but that they were legitimate and could assure me that they paid their customers, and there was nothing fraudulent about them. They told me that it was someone that had to have mirrored their business and that it had nothing to do with them so I purchased $10 with them and I was supposed to be able to cash out at 60 and that was three days ago, and they have give me every excuse in the book Not to pay me and just keep promising to pay me. I hope karma gives them what they deserve. I have used a platform called Metroplex that I went through to play on Game Vault but the last time I tried to play their cash app was not accepting money to get gameplay and the last several times I tried to cash out. I had to message them over and over and over and they offered it to me through chime, but I do not have a chime account. Just want everyone to be aware of RED WINE. They have already not held up their end of the bargain because you’re supposed to be able to cash out immediately so that was $115 that I won +60 that I was robbed of in the 20 and 10 that I paid for the gameplay please be aware of these thieves. I wish Game Vault could move in a different direction than letting the scammers. Control the currency to participate on their platform. Game Vault you need to handle this a different way. First of all, if people never win, they’re not gonna keep coming back and second of all if you do win, and the people cheat you out of your money what’s the point you’re gonna let these scammers shut down your business and if you do, it’s your own fault for allowing These thieves to represent you!!

This company is staffed with scammers. I’ve cashed out before at the VERY BEGINNING but only for the minimum of $30. I’ve sent them lots of money for deposits only to ALWAYS have an issue when it came down to cashing out. They will either make up some scam rule about game play record or either say I have to make another deposit in order to cash out. And when I went to make another deposit, they would then have another excuse to why I couldn’t cash out. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! The most ridiculous scam rule they created was that I had to reach a score of 300 in order to cash out. I’ve never even got close to that score on this platform. Luck Bucket is the crooks that I went through in order to play on game vault. They will blame their scamming on the game server but it’s actually the staff in which is doing paying customers very badly.

This game almost never hits for a high pay out. I have never got a payout on this game. The free hourly wheel spin land on good luck 90% of the time and the other 10% is 3 to 10 cent. It never lands on a high amount. This game is a scam all it does it take your money

This platform is a joke and has been rigged to take your money. There is a difference between gambling and haveing your money stolen at least at a casino you have a chance at winning. I do understand this is a money making business but you also have to give your customers something to bring them back and no payouts and bullshit customer service is most definitely not the way to do that. Also how come there is know one making sure the reps are not scamming customers if the bullshit platform finally does give u a win it's hell being scammed repeatedly by both sides everything about this platform needs work. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone unless you have a shit pot full of money and u just like being fu.... out of it.

A person named Gaming-Edge 777 on Facebook is scamming people for there money. After promising me he was legit. I sent him $10 to load on my game. I ended up winning $100 dollars. But when I tried to withdraw he took my $100 off the game and blocked me. I have proof of it all.

Gamevault is a sorry app that steals your money all the platforms and I've been on about 10 of them I'll hold your money until it doesn't even matter if you get paid or not because they've already f***** you out of your money it's a nightmare you'll wish you had not deposited with game vault or any platform that hold that associates yourself with gamevault

Got ripped off, I ordered 3 pads, received 1 and it was not what was advertised, only 1 grossly inferior product was sent, it was late inferior and didn't send complete order, have asked for refund, nothing, so do not use this seller.

I started playing online gambling around a year ago. I stuck with 2 platforms and they was JUWA and Game vault. For a good time I would win a few bucks and it kept me coming back.For the last couple months these 2 platforms have not produced any wins for me. The past 2 days I lost over 500. These platforms are set up to win and bring you in and slowly take it away. If you want to gamble do it at the casino or do the lottery. This online crap to me is like a legal robbery. There is nothing you can do about it except listen to people that has been threw it. Save your money and do not play these platforms.

While playing these games I have clearly won on a spin and they will not pay you. I have many screenshots to where I won and they did not pay.

I have had fun playing this game. I have also experienced, after turning off the game for a few hours, when logging back in, my money was gone! Three separate times. Although it wasn't a huge amount, it was all the money I had to play with. I won't be playing again. The first time was over $6! The second time was a little over $3, and the last time was just under $3!
As you can see, it adds up and evidently no one knows what or how this happens. when I asked the person or people that I send deposit/money to play the game, their response was ambivalence. They told me that was an issue with the game, and there was nothing they could do. So I don't recommend this game.

Send money to load on game then you got to constantly send message to load and sometimes it takes up to 6 hrs to get a response to load..sent money last night and now it's been 24 hrs and no one respond to load..I'm done with these crooks..wish it was a way to sue these thieves
