The first time I tried to cash out she said that I couldn't cause I had to have 30 min to cash out even tho the legend for the pay says minimum cash out is 3x whatever you put in and I only paid 5 and wanted to cash out at 15. Shuts off, won't download games, this place sucks. Save your money and buy new. Do not shop at game vault. I tried returning this item, but they won't do returns. I see most of the reviews are the same. I have also noticed winnings are not fully paid out. So if you win 5.00 it will Pay like $3 and so on and this happens alot. Same with hitting big wins it will freeze up or glitch and switch the prize. 1. I noticed that i dont win until i have lost a good amount of money..
