Had some issues with my g7pro controller with the triggers contacted support for guidence, it was a hassle free and excellent service is their support, sent them a few videos to show the issue within 4 days a new controller was sent straight to me no questions asked cant ask for more from them makes a refreshing change that a company does what it says without complicated processes will definatly get more products 5*
I bought a GameSir G7 controller
I bought a GameSir G7 controller, and after a few months the D-pad started acting weird I was getting double inputs.
I’ve emailed their support address twice and never received a response.
I then tried reaching them through other channels and found their Discord. Unfortunately, the only way to report issues there is through a public group chat. There’s no option to call or email support, and you can’t send DMs to admins unless they allow it.
So far, my experience has been a faulty controller combined with very poor customer support.
I know the Microsoft Elite Controller Series 2 isn’t perfect either, but at least Microsoft offers multiple ways to contact support and they actually resolve issues.
Faulty Controllers
I never leave reviews unless the product is really that unsatisfying. This is the first time I try a brand online instead of ones available in stores. First time I ordered this controller it was awesome for the first 2 or 3 months and then I had to get it warrantied, the Controller would lose signal for the Right Side RT Trigger when having it set to the short travel mode, Ones I got the new controller A week Later, the same thing happened to that controller but in an even shorter time. At first you think you're lagging because the game won't shoot but it's actually just the controller trigger button not working, Awesome Controller but they need to fix that issue. I don't think ill be buying another one anytime soon especially for the $100 price point. The controller also seems to die alot faster after the first or 2nd charge. Customer Service was good tho with responding to my issue the first time by sending a second unit. I wouldn't recommend this Controller until the issues are fixed tho sadly.
Un desastre
Un desastre, el mando (g7 pro) no iba con ninguna de las actualizaciones y el soporte tecnico no sabia que hacer. Hice la devolucion y hice otro pedido para dar un voto de confianza a la empresa y lleva 3 semanas dando la vuelta al mundo….Resumen: 10 minutos y el mando deja de funcionar. Devolucion correcta. Segundo envio 3 semanas desaparecido.
Good controller—until it suddenly becomes useless.
Bought the Cyclone 2 controller and it worked great… until it didn’t.
After a short break from gaming, it completely stopped connecting to my PC or dongle. No warning, no reason.
I contacted GameSir support and initially got a quick response with troubleshooting steps. I spent hours trying everything they suggested, but nothing fixed the issue. The controller wouldn’t connect in Xinput/Xbox mode at all.
I followed up on 19th March with photos and videos. No reply. Sent another email a week later. Still nothing.
At that point, I contacted Amazon, explained everything, and they issued a full refund straight away.
End result: faulty product and support that disappeared when it mattered.
I wouldn’t recommend GameSir based on this experience. A quick look on Reddit shows others dealing with similar issues too.
G7 ZZZ edition controller
Ordered a G7 ZZZ edition controller, unfortunately upon arrival it had an issue with the left trigger. After contacting support they very quickly sent me a replacement without having to send back the faulty one which I eventually managed to somewhat repair myself. By far the best customer support I've had to interact with, they were fast, pleasant, helpful and didn't unnecessarily question me beyond some basic proof of the malfunction.
P.S.
The controller itself is sweet, way better latency and input feel than my original xbox one controller. It seems durable for now and if you have some basic skill and tools it is actually quite repairable.
Better than any other Elite Controller
The controllers are amazing and so much better in every way compared to the Xbox elite controllers that fall apart and get stick drift in less than a week. Also their customer service is amazing, I had a problem with the hair trigger stopper and they sent me a full replacement with no returns or fees! Will only be using gamesir controllers from now on.

Gamesir G7 Pro ZZZ Edition
I bought the G7 Pro ZZZ Editon from Amazon and was extremely pleased with it. Worked right out of the box on XBox. After 1 month the left TMR stick button (L3) stopped working. I contacted their Discord and showed a video of it which took 5 minutes, 2 days later a brand new one arrived.
Their customer support is top tear and the Gamesir Soul Discord User is extremely helpful. He noticed it was a defect right away and processed a new one right away. Gamesir is 100% a top tier company. Iv now ordered the Aimlabs 8K controller for my PC as I fully trust their controllers and them as a company. Easy to deal with and top tire customer service.

This company sucks and their scam artists. I just received my controller. The g seven pro eight days ago.The charging dock does not work and it's supposed to be wireless, it does not work at all. I've gone through so many loops, just to get in contact with people. And they keep sending me here and there and having me send multiple videos when I've requested a refund more than 20 times already. They will not give me my money back. And when I go to the customers support and talk to the live chat and I tell them what's going on, they block me every time, especially when I bring up legal matters. And bringing them to court and suing them do not trust this company that controllers suck. I will be taking legal action.And I will be suing this company.Thank you so much

The left trigger stop starting to slip off during gameplay on my g7 Pro and eventually stopped working entirely. I sent gamesir a video of the issue and they sent me a new controller out straight away. As they have the best controllers also having amazing customer support makes it even better
