Very hard time getting in contact with someone super slow response order my controller on feb the 27 didn’t get it until April 2

They falsely confirmed my total order without telling me that they no longer had one of my requested items in stock. On top of that they decided to charge me for it and just ship the order without it. Only when I complained, did they let me know that they no longer had the item.

When I asked for a refund, they ripped me off for 50 cents on a $4.99 item (Chrome PS4 triggers), only refunding me $4.49. And if by any chance I wanted to return my order, their policy is to refuse to refund the almost $10 that I paid for 3-day shipping, which by the way is the ONLY shipping option AND it took 5 days to arrive from the date that it was shipped.

Futhermore, the website says that processing generally takes 1-4 business days but my order was processing for 3 weeks. The only things I ordered were a d-pad, the XCTS buttons, thumbsticks, bumpers, and triggers for PS4 controller.

Very poor experience with this company, and they offered no immediate apology for screwing up the order.

UPDATE: I am updating my review to three stars because after further complaint, they decided to completely refund my order. Also, they did not rip me off for 50 cents on my original refund; this is because I had a discount coupon on my order and their system refunded me based on my discounted price. Either way, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I ordered for a PS3 controller 2 months ago. After a very long wait, it finally arrived today but guess what... it was a ps4 controller. I am very disappointed right now...

I Purchased a controller on my birthday as a gift to me, last august 7st ( 2017 ) I had initially chosen a custom controller, then when i found out how long it would take to actually ship I changed it to a quick ship option.

Well the controller didnt ship quickly, my order was misplaced, and after many phone calls ( which finally ended up with the rep going onto the floor and taking my controller and putting it on someones desk... it shipped after a few weeks )

The color i had chosen was the venom green or whatever it was called, and right out of the box the controller had an issue: the buttons ( x y a b ) stuck. they stuck cause of the layer of paint on the shell, and on the buttons themselves. I had to remove the shell myself and scratch away the paint around where the buttons come through before i could use it.

THEN it worked amazing. the controller did what it was supposed to to, was easy to use and i LOVED the hell out of it. then destiny 2 launched and I didnt need the rapid fire and in the intrest in not putting wear and tear on my special controller i put it aside.

well call of duty ww2 dropped and i wanted to break out the rapid fire once again, except this time ( after sitting for 2 months ) the controller doesnt work properly. the left thumbstick is unresponsive , and when it does work i barely works.

I have EMAILED and CALLED, and waited over a month for a reply from gamermodz and I have recieved NOTHING from them. They recently updated their message to " all messages will be responded to in 24 hours" but that was last week and im still waiting for a reply...

Do not do business with this company. I sent my sons controller in for repairs in November. They still have our property and will not answer emails or phone calls. If anyone else has been ripped off by this company, either contact me or call the Attorney General of Florida to file a complaint. There are also a number of other ways to file a complaint. If we do not do something they will continue to rip people off. Do not send the money or controllers for repair, you’ll never see either again. I have never dealt with a worse company in my entire life!!!!

I didn't even order a controller, just pieces like buttons and a shell. All of which said "instock". That was almost a month ago and haven't heard a thing. left 1 message via phone and 3 emails. No response. It's bull it really is.

I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks and I am scared because they can’t even respond to my emails and calls they are the fng worst and now just looking at theese reviews I’m just so fng mad and embarrassed they are shi don’t buy this if you want to get scammed

Ordered January 29th still haven’t heard a word, emailed once, of course they didn’t respond. Wish I would’ve known before I ordered from these scammers. Horrible company!! Don’t trust them

March 23rd, 2018. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ITEM! They’ve emailed apologizing for the delay on March 11th, 2018 claiming they’ve fired their management staff, yada/excuses/yada, and claimed that the item would ship that weekend, well it’s been TWO weeks longer since the supposed ship date and has not shipped yet. It’s been over TWO MONTHS since original invoice date and they charged my card the same day ordered. I repeat do not buy from this company. They are incompetent and scam people! Don’t fall for their lies and think they’ll change their ways.

This is currently my last ditch effort on possibly contacting them in any way shape or form currently contacted them 5 through email and at least 10 + through phone calls have not received a single phone call I've only gotten a response the very first time I emailed even messaged him through Facebook I've done everything I can to get a hold of them they have not responded I am currently waited over 2 months for my controller and if yet to receive anything there's a ton of reviews of people saying this exact same thing. GamerModz if you can read this please contact me again my order number is 800023681 I paid over $240 and have waited 2 months for nothing I am frustrated irritated and aggravated now I have to go to my bank and file a fraud charge if I don't get my controller no one on the phone ever responds and the people who are supposed to be doing emails aren't doing their jobs so I feel the reputation speaks for itself so if you guys want to reverse this and keep making money and keep making people happy I suggest you simply respond when people are trying to contact you because otherwise you're going to find someone who's going to try to sue you guys for fraud not just that all their activity seems to have dropped after September everything that they've responded to whether it was a post Facebook status everything stops immediately after September

This is the worst company I ever delt with.
I have to follow a dispute with my bank because I can't get an email back from them. Been over a month since I ordered my controller. I waited two weeks after I ordered and contacted them as to why my order was still in the processing area. They never informed me they did not have chrome buttons available instead they put me in backorder without even telling and that it would be over a month if I wanted to stick with the chrome buttons I told them to switch and I got a response for that. But it's been well over a month since the ship date. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DON'T REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS AND YOU CAN NEVER GET IN CONTACT ON THE PHONE!

I originally ordered a product, and was disturbed with their old management on how they handled the situation. I was recently contacted by their NEW management, and because of them, am adjusting this to 4. They were very professional, even when I had some not so nice things to say. They shipped the correct items for free, due to the trouble before, and I received them a couple days later, everything is correct and great. Thank you to new management! You truly did provide great customer service, after a long uphill battle, and I appreciate that. I will rectify the reviews I had given old management, and wish you the best.

Don't waste your money. Took almost a month to get my order and when I got it it was crap. Drop shot didn't work. The presets for the pro buttons were all the same . 6 presets that were supposed to be different variants were all the exact same. The speeds of the rapid fire were all the same, all the way up to 20 shots per second the speed was really slow. Paid 250$ for this crap. Bought the warranty so maybe I'll get a refund. What a joke.

I had placed a review on January 8th about and order I placed in December and it came in wrong, well here it is April 26th and I still have yet to receive my order and they have not contacted me back, I would not recommend to do business with them they need shut down.

Update. Its April 30th after receiving no response from emails I called and actually got an answer. They couldn't find my controller and went ahead and placed a new order but when I asked for a refund also for having to wait 6 months and getting terrible service he barely wanted to do that and said he can't run a business giving stuff away. But you can't run one by not giving people what they paid for either with a crappy attitude. So I canceled and got a refund, dont buy from them.

I am very unhappy with the service, the mods are awkward when used and half the time they do not remember the previous mode as they say in the instructions, also i have been trying to contact them via email and Facebook asking questions about mods for weapons in games that are not listed and have had no reply at all, I'm not calling a customer service number as it would be an international call. very disappointed, likely to go with another company next time.

Got exactly what i ordered, etremely happy with my purchase ,i highly reccomend this company

Got a shell for my playstation controller. Touch pad did not fit correctly. Had to modify shell to make work. Dpad has a lot of slop in it compared to original.
Also shell had a defect on the right side which feels uncomfortable in the hand and i had to shave it down.
Also the triggers i bought to compliment the shell were completly useless. No place to put the original controller springs for the new trigger so it wouldnt snap back as hard and would eventually stick. And the left and right bumpers were not the same as original and would get stuck when pushed in. I know how to dissassemble and assemble the controller. Ive done many before. Never have i had this kind of problem. honestly was a waste of money. And will never order from this site again.
