Bought my son a PlayStation personalised controller and it broke within a few months. I sent the controller back they apparently fixed it but it was still not working. I wanted a replacement but they refused and I paid over £100 for it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone terrible customer service!!!

Paid almost 200 for a specialized controler that I still haven't received. I have been given the run around for months and thats when I can get a response from them. I can no longer even get a refund from my cc company because its past the time limit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Placed order on June 22, 2018 and haven't received controller. I have called at least 10 times and have sent 6 e-mails and haven't received a response or been able to speak to a person. I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida on August 14, 2018. What is going on?

I ordered a controller on june 10th, 2018. Order #800024314. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of service as i have called and emailed several times with no response from the company.

I still haven’t received it I’m super disappointed it was a total scam what a shame they stole my money I’ll sue you guys Im not playing games!

Do not respond to my emails the controller was supposed to be shipped on the 29 of April and they don't answer your calls never buying from hear again

I just wanted to send my thanks for the best controller on the market. I have an Evil controller, and your controller Out Shines it by far in capability, smooth rapid fire and power consumption. Happy Customer.

There were no issues with the product at all but the delays, horrible contact, and poor information through the process and extending my order from a 3 day process to a month and a half was a very poor experience

Buyer beware! It’s been nearly 1 month and still haven’t received the product, says it’s been in preshipment for a long time no changes. Do your self a favor and stay clear from this shady site. Buy somewhere else or risk throwing your money away!!

Just got my controller and it works great 10 out of 10 would buy again.
Now when I play BO3 I can clap cheeks left and right all thanks to GamerModz

Tbh I been with gamermodz since my first Xbox 360 controller plus they the only working best jitter mods out there the only thing is the delivery time it’s kinda long like it’s coming from China

Service is horrible. I ordered a custom controller before Christmas. All I have heard are excuses, parts on back order, the management company was fired etc... I spoke to someone that said it would arrive the beginning of April. It was supposed to be delivered last week, and still waiting. I will never buy anything from them again and do not recommend buying from them.

I ordered my sons controller on February 19th. I recieved the shipment on march 5th or 6th. One week after my sons birthday. No where on the site had any details about how long it takes to build and send so i had no idea. My fault here. Order goes in on the 19th of February and it stays in processing for three weeks. Then goes into build and test. Great we are almost done! Not really though. Goes into finishing a week later and i get a message about contacting them about my build. So i call... 4. 5. 6. Times and cant get anyone on the phone. I also emailed a few times as well. Finally i get a email back stating we are discontinuing the hydrodip or whatever they call it. I had ordered a green zombie theme on the shell. So i replied back keep everything the same but change the shell to a green chrome. No answer back but my order goes back to the processing stage for another week. Then a build again.... then back into finishing. This took another 2 weeks. So i rcieved the conroller and inspected it. Its a cool controller but it came a week too late and its not what i really ordered. No zombie shell and it came with clear thumb sticks and not green transparent thumb sticks that i ordered. To top it off i wasn't refunded anything like this is ok to them. Im a chef and you get what you pay for in my line of business. I dont feel i got what i paid for. A little dissapointing actually. But the mods work great! But not a 200 dollar controller....

Ordered my controller January 5th and I got it several months later just two days ago on April 5th and the SPS-X1 mod does not even work that I paid extra for, normal controller pretty besides my custom design, very unsatisfied I only like that I was able to customize the controller to my liking, company does not even contact you back when you have issues with things, highly dislike all customer service about this company, not a good review from me

Honestly the shipping took forever and it was too much like I understand that it takes time to create the item but if u put a certain “estimated shipping date” then that’s when people expects the item to ship.

The new people solved all issues and where great. I would now encourage all to do business with them

Shopping Experience: the customiser is easy to use and has a great variety.

Customer Service: I am told that my order was late due to a personnel overhaul in management. While I had to initiate contact to hear of progress on my order, GamerModz's response was fast, courteous, and informative.

Product: Looks great, precisely to order, lightweight, everything works well.

Be patient. ....they is very nice... Customers service real generous.They controller work perfectly fine.. Just talk to them call Now!!!!!!. Trust me .Call or leave a voice message or email.
