Absolutely brilliant , controller looks amazing

Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

Remote was great, everything works as described. Only problem was the bottom d pad was broken but still slightly functioning.

Got the stuff for my controller in a very timely manner, I had a problem with something backordered and they replaced it with an item in stock and sent me some freebies so I am very impressed and over pleased with my experience!!!

Efficient, easy to use web site. Second controller I have used. I would suggest clarifying each mod and mode to each order. Example is Juggernaut v.6 in place of generic mod then using the not so easy to find instructions for clarification of which mod was pre loaded on the order. The first controller I bought had one "on/off" button used to activate the mods. The newer system zeros out each time you turn off the system making you have to turn on all mods, then navigate through all settings again.

I ordered 2 controller shells. One is missing the screw peg for the motherboard. The other one has the screw peg on the wrong side. Neither one is usable. I will be returning for a refund.

I was very impressed with GamerModz overall product. I purchased a PS4 custom controller and a custom Xbox One controller. Both controllers came out very well. Thank you GamerModz

The customer service is horrible. If you try to call them during "open hours" it always takes you to a voicemail saying they are too busy. I have emailed them and it takes them about a week to respond once. It has been a long and annoying process and I'm still waiting for customer service to help me. Would not recommend!

So I purchased 2 controllers to see what one works best, to find out GamerModz is so much better than the scuf controllers my Scuf came broke very flimsy. GamerModz controller is AMAZING I use it daily and would recommend this over any other controller Thank You so much !!

The design is beautiful i love it!!

No one answers the phone when I call . Email reply keep referring me to the pdf files they have online but the pdf files are full of type errors.. instructions say one thing but graphics display another.. very frustrating to try to figure out.and that's a lot of money for such poor service
