Hello dear client,

We take all feedback seriously and would like to clarify a few key points. Our trading conditions, which are clearly outlined in our terms, prohibit trading with leverage above 1:100 during news events. Such trades are considered misuse, may not be accepted, and are not guaranteed, as stated in our rule (Section 6.10).

When withdrawals are requested, all trades undergo a thorough review by our team. It is standard practice for trades to be scrutinized at this stage. We have no history of fraud or unfair practices. In fact, you have already successfully withdrawn three times your initial deposit.

This demonstrates that all trades and profits that comply with our trading conditions—terms you agreed to upon registration—are accepted. There is no personal bias or manipulation with any client's account or positions. Everything is handled according to our rules, with reports from multiple departments as well as our liquidity providers.
